Illuminati And Lucis Trust Lucifer Publishing Co
A Satanic Leader For A One World Religion, Part Of United Nations

THE LUCIS TRUST

The word "Lucis" comes directly from the name Lucifer, which means "the one who brings light," or, "light bearer." Webster's New Twenty-first Century Dictionary says: "Lucifer: light bringing, Satan, as especially the leader of the revolt of the angels before his fall.

" Not surprisingly, Lucis Trust's first name was Lucifer Publishing Co., but was later changed due to controversy.5 The purpose of Lucis Trust is the establishing of a "One World Religion." Lucis Trust's teachings have been translated into fifty languages. They have also published a "common prayer," formally called "The Great Invocation.

" Under the facade of love and goodwill, this dangerous New Age Organization lures many to the philosophy and doctrines of the occult. Today it has over 6,000 active members, with headquarters located in the United States, Germany, Great Britain, Holland and Switzerland.
This is the leading, putatively respectable Britain-based Satan cult (it worships Lucifer).

The Lucis Trust, which runs the only religious chapel at the New York United Nations headquarters, The Temple of Understanding, was originaly founded as the Lucifer Trust, in London, in 1923. The Lucis Trust associated with the UNO is the New York affiliate of the British organization. The name was changed from Lucifer Trust, to Lucis Trust, to make the nature of the organization less conspicuous.

The Lucis Trust's leading sponsors include the following prominent figures: Henry Clausen, Supreme Grand Commander of the Supreme Council, 33rd Degree, Southern District Scottish Rite FreemasonsNorman CousinsJohn D. Rockefeller IV The Rockefeller FoundationThe Marshall Field familyRobert McNamaraThomas Watson (IBM, former US Ambassador to Moscow)The United Lodge of Theosophists of New York City U.

Alexis Johnson, former Undersecretary of StateRabbi Marc Tannenbaum, American Jewish Committee Prominent front-organizations sponsored by the Lucis Trust, include the following: The Theosophical Order of Service (founded by Annie Besant in1908)The Theosophical Society (founded by Helena P. Blavatsky in 1875)The United Nations AssociationThe World Wildlife Fund UKThe Findhorn FoundationGreenpeace InternationalGreenpeace USAAmnesty InternationalThe Nicholas Roerich Society (chief connection to Russian mysticism, spirituality) The Anthroposophs of Rudolf Steiner The Rudolf Steiner School [these could not be genuine followers of Steiner]UNESCO UNICEFThe American Friends Service Committee.

BY, ATRAYUThe Lucis Trust is the Publishing House which prints and disseminates United Nations material. It is a devastating indictment of the New Age and Pagan nature of the UN. Lucis Trust was established in 1922 as Lucifer Publishing Company by Alice Bailey as the publishing company to disseminate the At one time, the Lucis Trust office in New York was located at 666 United Nations Plaza and is a member of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations under a slick program called "World Goodwill".

In an Alice Bailey book called "Education for a New Age"; she suggests that in the new age "World Citizenship should be the goal of the enlightened, with a world federation and a world brain." In other words - a One World Government New World Order. The United Nations has long been one of the foremost world harbingers for the "New Spirituality" and the gathering "New World Order" based on ancient occult and freemasonic principles.

Seven years after the birth of the UN, a book was published by the theosophist and founder of the Lucis Trust, Alice Bailey, claiming that "Evidence of the growth of the human intellect along the needed receptive lines [for the preparation of the New Age] can be seen in the "planning" of various nations and in the efforts of the United Nations to formulate a world plan...

From the very start of this unfoldment, three occult factors have governed the development of all these plans". [Alice B. Bailey, Discipleship in the New Age (Lucis Press, 1955), Vol. II, p.35.] Although she did not spell out clearly the identity of these 'three occult factors', she did reveal to her students that "Within the United Nations is the germ and seed of a great international and meditating, reflective group - a group of thinking and informed men and women in whose hands lies the destiny of humanity.

This is largely under the control of many fourth ray disciples, if you could but realise it, and their point of meditative focus is the intuitional or Buddhic plane - the plane upon which all hierarchical activity is today to be found'. [Ibid. p.220.] To this end, the Lucis Trust, under the leadership of Foster and Alice Bailey, started a group called 'World Goodwill' - an official non-governmental organization within the United Nations.

The stated aim of this group is "to cooperate in the world of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ" [One Earth, the magazine of the Findhorn Foundation, October/November 1986, Vol. 6, Issue 6, p.24.] But the esoteric work inside the UN does not stop with such recognized occult groupings. Much of the impetus for this process was initiated through the officership of two Secretary-Generals of the UN, Dag Hammarskj"old (held office: 1953-1961) and U Thant (held office: 1961-1971) who succeeded him, and one Assistant Secretary-general, Dr.

Robert Muller. In a book written to celebrate the philosophy of Teilhard de Chardin (and edited by Robert Muller), it is revealed "Dag Hammarskj"old, the rational Nordic economist, had ended up as a mystic. He too held at the end of his life that spirituality was the ultimate key to our earthly fate in time and space".

[Robert Muller (ed.), The Desire to be Human: A Global Reconnaissance of Human Perspectives in an Age of Transformation (Miranana, 1983), p.304.] Sri Chinmoy, the New Age guru, meditation leader at the UN, wrote: "the United Nations is the chosen instrument of God; to be a chosen instrument means to be a divine messenger carrying the banner of God's inner vision and outer manifestation.

" William Jasper, author of "A New World Religion" describes the religion of the UN: "...a weird and diabolical convergence of New Age mysticism, pantheism, aboriginal animism atheism, communism, socialism, Luciferian occultism, apostate Christianity, Islam, Taoism, Buddhism, and Hinduism".
Principles will reveal so much that is great to humanity!

A great period is drawing near: Thus we do create together. Fiery World

Vol. III, par. 149 Amongst the many 'enlightening' pages in this website, you can easily find 'fascinating' articles entitled:

"The New World Order and the Work of the UN"
Here's another by Curtis Dall, FD Roosevelt's son in law as quoted in his book, "My Exploited Father in Law: For a long time I felt that FDR had developed many thoughts and ideas that were his own to benefit this country, the United States. But, he didn't. Most of his thoughts, his political ammunition, as it were, were carefully manufactured for him in advanced by the Council on Foreign Relations One World Money group...

Brilliantly, with great gusto, like a fine piece of artillery, he exploded that prepared "ammunition" in the middle of an unsuspecting target, the American people, and thus paid off and returned his internationalist political support.

The UN is but a long range, international banking apparatus nearly set up for financial and economic profit by a small group of powerful One World Revolutionaries, hungry for profit and power.

The depression was the calculated 'shearing' of the public by the World Money powers, triggered by the planned sudden shortage of supply of call money in the New York money market... The One World Government leaders and their ever close bankers have now acquired full control of the money and credit machinery of the U.

S. via the creation of the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank."

Religion Survey Reveals Americans Of Faith

Religion Survey Reveals Americans Of Faith Believe In The Supernatural
uk.reuters - Although most Americans are Christian and many are devout it hasn't stopped some members of the flock from believing in astrology, reincarnation or the ability of trees to trap spiritual energy.

A poll by the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life shows a surprising number of U.S. adults claim to have had supernatural experiences such as ghost sightings or hold beliefs associated with the New Age movement or Eastern religions.

And some of them claim allegiance to more traditional faiths such as Catholicism or evangelical Protestantism.

"American religious folks hold a variety of views and there is overlap among their beliefs and practices. Many do not fit into simple boxes," said Pew researcher Alan Cooperman.

The poll released on Wednesday showed that three-in-ten Americans say they have felt in touch with a dead person and 18 percent say they have seen or been in the presence of a ghost.

Other Pew surveys have shown that relatively few Americans would identify an Eastern religion or New Age spirituality as their core faith. But about a quarter of those surveyed say they believe in aspects of Eastern religions.

Nearly 25 percent said they believed in reincarnation and 23 percent said yoga was a spiritual practice. Twenty six percent said they believed "spiritual energy" could be found in objects such as trees.

A quarter said they believed in astrology, while 16 percent of U.S. adults think that an "evil eye" exists or that some people can cast curses or spells on others. Among black Protestants the evil eye figure is 32 percent.

The number of Americans who profess a belief in astrology is about the same as the number who claim to be Roman Catholic. Nearly 30 percent of Catholics surveyed said they believed in astrology. Among Catholics who attended church each week the figure was 16 percent.

Much of this would be jarring to - among others - many evangelical Protestants, who account for one in four adult Americans and take their Bible very seriously.

Still, 13 percent of white evangelicals profess a belief in astrology and about 10 percent accepted the possibility of reincarnation. Although the percentages are lower than in other groups, they are high enough to curl the hair of a Southern Baptist preacher.

Researchers said they were careful to stress that reincarnation meant being reborn again and again in this world and did not refer to, say, the resurrection of Christ.

Evangelicals, who place a heavy emphasis on spiritual conversions, are much more likely than most Americans to have had "a religious or mystical experience - that is, a moment of religious or spiritual awakening," according to the poll.

About half of Americans claim to have had such an experience but among white evangelicals the number is 70 percent and for black Protestants it is 71 percent.

The nationwide survey of around 4,000 adults was conducted in August. Interviews were done in English and Spanish.

Religion And Spirituality Open Question

Religion And Spirituality Open Question I Dont Understand This
I don't know where to start... So this is just going to come out in some order.

Okay first, correct me if I'm wrong, God knows everything? And God has a plan for everyone's life?
And God knew what our life was going to be like before we were born?

So, God knew that Adam and Eve would eat the forbinned fruit, which causes sin to enter the world, right? But why? Couldn't God just have made sin when the world was created? But why was there even sin in the first place?
Moving on...
So.. Again, God knew what our life would be like, right?
Then why would he make someone an atheist? And then doom them into an eternity in Hell..

I know that Hell was not made orginally for us. It was made to trap Satan and keep him divided from us and God.. But since he knows everything, why would he want someone to suffer in Hell?

I'm just really confused.. It doesn't make any sense at all. I'm Christian, it just doesn't make any sense.

The Octave Day Of Pentecost

The Octave Day Of Pentecost
The above is another name the Prayer Book gives today. And so on this last day of the Pentecost season, I will take the opportunity to remind our readers of three posts regarding the gifts of the Holy Spirit beginning Easter Monday (when the Epistle from Acts 10 refers to Jesus being "anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power").

Anglican Catholicism and the Charismata

The Charismatic reality of the Church

Being Filled with the Spirit

A subsequent post quoting Bishop Brian Iverach's email to me sent in support of the above articles created some controversy. At least some of this controversy seemed to be due to ascribing views to the Bishop (such as denigrating medical science) which could only be extracted from the letter by ignoring the actual words and illegitimately attempting to read between the lines. There was even a reference to the completely irrelevant heresy of Christian Science, as if to prove guilt by a non-existent association.

In order that the record be set straight, here are some further thoughts from Bp Iverach, written by him to me after I asked him to look at the thread and its comments:

The plus in the discussion is that the Gifts of the Holy Spirit have been in focus, with mention of the wide spread application of such gifts. In the case of the miraculous healing of Lana's eye, this did not lead her into Christian Science. It lead her into the healing ministry in the Body of Christ, the Church,... The full impact that her ministry has had on others is known unto God. Most recently we praised God for the healing she received at the hands of a highly qualified surgeon and in nursing care during many weeks in hospital.

The down side of the discussion has been the distracting focus on the exercise of the gift of glossolalia, especially in public, and the shame of some disparaging remarks about healing miracles. As Anglicans we have the discipline to apply all the gifts as mentioned by the blessed Apostle, such discipline not prevalent in the practice of some of our Pentecostal brothers and sisters. Should the excesses of modern day Corinthians preclude ministry in the Gifts of the Spirit? No. Are any gifts (apart from those specifically I speak from experience; of what I have personally seen in an Anglican congregation when the Spirit of God moved upon the people. All was in good order. The occasional prophesies were given during the offertory preparations or during the ablutions after communion. There was no grandstanding whatsoever. Nothing was forced. Worship was not disrupted. The prophetic blessings were applied in the life of the parish. The congregation grew in numbers exponentially and also in love and service of the Lord, in ministry outreach into the local community, and into the barrios of Mexico. The youth went over the boarder to help build housing and schools for the poor, shipments of beans were regularly delivered, and all the time the parish contributed the largest tithe to the diocese. We speak of the fruits of the Spirit. All glory to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.

The main difference between my liturgical suggestion and the Bishop's past experiences is that I put the allocated time for prophetic ministry before the Sermon as "communications... enjoined by lawful authority", to quote the Canadian 1962 Book of Common Prayer, whereas the Bishop mentions the Offertory and Post-Communion times. The latter options, effectively corresponding to pre- and post- Consecration thanksgivings, seem not dissimilar to the timing implied in 1 Corinthians 14.16 and the Didache 10. The reasons for my suggestion were given in the first article above.

It is also appropriate here to thank my Metropolitan for his kind, eirenic words in this post. I would like to make two observations, however, about elements of what was said therein.

To begin at the end, so to speak, the Archbishop finished with the following paragraph:

"I am not a 'cessationist'. I believe in miracles and do not doubt that God can infuse knowledge of unknown tongues or prophecy. I do not presume to judge any man's personal religious experience, except by the proper standards of charity, of consistency with the known and authorized teaching of the universal Church, and of the spiritual fruit of Christian living. But I also believe that where the faith is truly taught and the sacraments are rightly administered, personal religious experience is mainly of private significance."

While the last sentence makes perfect sense if referring to the gift of tongues uninterpreted, which was the subject of much of the previous discussion, it cannot be said to apply to other gifts such as the gifts of prophecy or tongues as interpreted. Why not? Because St Paul makes abundantly clear that such gifts are provided by God specifically to edify the Church as a whole. They are not meant to be limited to personal edification (1 Co. 14.3-5). And it would be wrong of us to pretend that any gift God truly gives is an optional extra that we don't need because we have the sacraments and orthodox teaching!

Which brings me to my next qualifying point. Archbishop Haverland also said: "When the Catholic faith is alive and well, however, neo-pentecostalism tends to be at best unnecessary and at worst divisive." If neo-pentecostalism refers to the belief (common among Pentecostals) that all must speak in tongues or demonstrate some other outwardly miraculous gift, or they cannot be filled with the Spirit, that is one thing. And that belief has not been defended here. However, if neo-pentecostalism was taken to refer simply to the resurgence and use of all the charisms, including among the laity, the statement above would suffer the same problem I mentioned at the end of the previous paragraph. In the latter connotation, "neo-pentecostalism" is perfectly in accord with the Catholic faith and any division caused should not be assumed to be the fault of those simply wanting to exercise or experience the benefit of, in decency and order, true gifts of the Holy Spirit designed to edify the Church.

Pope John Paul Ii To Be Beatified May

Pope John Paul Ii To Be Beatified May 1
This is "fantastic" news. The Congregation for the Causes of Saints has announced that Pope John Paul II will be beatified on May 1st.

If you're not familiar with the process, let me explain briefly. The point of canonization is two-fold. First, just as St. Paul does in Hebrews 11, the Church lifts up those who lived (and died) by faith as a model for those of us still running the race. We try and live as faithfully as they lived, and they show us what it means to be truly Christian. Second, we know that God is the God of the Living (Luke 20:37-38), and that those who have finished the race aren't just models of Christian living, they're also the "crowd of witnesses" cheering us on during "our own "race (Hebrews 12:1-2). So we both look to them as a model of what to do, and rely on them for help - asking for their prayers and intercession, etc.

So in the canonization process, the Church is looking for two things: (1) did the person live the kind of question that should be emulated? and (2) is the person now in Heaven, interceding on our behalf? Those two questions aren't quite the same. After all, there are those whose lives seemed holy and righteous on the surface, but who were secretly evildoers - Matthew 7:22-23 speaks of evildoers who did "great works" in the name of Christ, yet weren't saved. Likewise, there are those saved who the Church "doesn't "uphold as a model. All of us who are saved are saved "in spite of" our sinfulness and errors, but if the Church is going to hold up models of Christianity, that sinfulness shouldn't be so glaring that it's scandalizing (or worse, convinces people that certain sins or errors aren't so bad).

Instead of looking to their earthly lives, the second question is answered through MIRACLES - if we ask them to intercede for us, and then miraculous events occur, we can know that they're of God and with God. All that said, here are the four steps to becoming a canonized Saint:

* SERVANT OF GOD: This is the first step. Usually, this begins no sooner than five years after the death of the individual, but in certain cases, the pope will waive that requirement, when the person's virtuous life is well-known (the two famous cases being Mother Teresa and Pope John Paul II). At this point, they investigate everything about you. It's easier to get Top Secret clearance. They read through all of your writings, including private ones, to see what you were "really" like. For example, it was during this process that it came out that Mother Teresa went through years of spiritual dryness, where she couldn't feel God's presence and had to walk solely by faith. They'll even exhume up your dead body (this process is actually helpful, since some Saints are "Incorruptibles," meaning that their bodies don't decompose after death. If you exhume the body and it looks like the person died five minutes ago, that's a huge hint they're a Saint.

* VENERABLE: After the investigation is complete, if your life is one worthy of emulation (this goes to the first question, remember), the Congregation for the Causes of Saints will recommend that the person be declared "Venerable." It's a declaration that you lead a life of "heroic virtue" that others should follow. At this stage, you don't have a feast day (after all, we're still not positive you're in Heaven), but prayer cards are permitted and even encouraged. It's through these prayers that the next steps are completed. This is the stage that John Paul II is currently at.

* BLESSED: Beatification takes the next step, and says it's "worthy of belief" that the person is in Heaven. It's starting to answer that second question. For non-martyrs to be beatified, you must not only be Venerable, having lead a life of heroic virtue, but "you must also perform a miracle after your death". In John Paul II's case, he suffered from Parkinson's disease. Shortly after his death, a nun suffering from Parkinson's disease prayed to him; shortly thereafter, she was miraculously cured. And to count, the cure must be spontaneous, instantaneous, complete and lasting, and without any known medical explanation. Having investigated this extensively, the Congregation has confirmed that this was, in fact, a miracle, not just a medical fluke. And of course, we trust in God that when this process goes on, He's not going to mislead us by having miraculous or miraculous-seeming events happen when a person is prayed to who "isn't" in Heaven. On May 1st, John Paul II will no longer be "Venerable John Paul II," but "Blessed John Paul II." At this point, a feast day is permitted, but usually only local ones (in this case, the Polish church will likely be permitted to celebrate it).

* CANONIZATION: This is the Church's declaration that the person is a Saint, and certainly "does "enjoy the Beatific Vision in Heaven. To establish this, you need to perform two more miracles. At that point, the evidence is overwhelming - the person seemed saintly, and when we pray to them, miracles keep happening.

Now, of course, the Saints are in Heaven well before the Church canonized them. In fact, they "have "to be, since the entire test with the miracles determines if they're already there, interceding for us. So canonization isn't about the Church giving people a permission slip to get into Heaven. Rather, She's recognizing that they're already in, so we may know that we have one more person advocating for us in Heaven.

Black Guard

Black Guard 02
Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
The word of Sin is Restriction.

I am a Black Guard.

On the Border of the Realm of Light I sit, watching for denizens of the vast Wasteland who may
wander to my single Post.

I, who was a Dark fiend.
I who was utterly repulsed by the Forces of Light and all they
represented.

I am a Black Guard.

What has brought me to this place?

...

One winter I grew bored with the gloomy Underworld.
I decided to foresake it and live in the Land of Light.
I visited, yet did not have the Will to remain.
I was given sustenance, comfort and rest.
I returned to the Darkness
refreshed.

Thereafter I made occasional visits to the Upper World.
I wandered the Wasteland alone,
content in solitary exploration and unexpected joys.

One evening I was returning home,
when I heard a Voice.

She said that She could not tell me who She was,
but that She would like to know Me better.
I was just as interested and,
over time, fell deeply in love with Her.
Gradually, She led me to forms in

ee Me
and come to know Me.

If I served faithfully, and with diligence,
She would one day wed Me. I name Her Hikaru, Goddess of the Sun.

Thus I sit, a Black Guard,
watching for my kin who come to plunder and destroy;
dreaming of bells and flowers,
kisses and tears.

Wondering when my Love will call Me from this Post
into Her Temple of Delight.

I wait, I watch. I dream...
and I smile.

Invoke Me under My Stars! Love is the law, love under will.

Frater Nigris, Tyagi Nagasiva.

part two
-

To Me! To Me! Ever unto Me!

so long I waited, the tears of loneliness dried
and came to rest within my Heart as joy.

quested to champion the Dark and translate
the babbling utterances of fiends to the fauns and daffodils.

oh My Goddess, Hikaru, I serve faithfully, and with
diligence, knowing that in Your Beneficence,
You will see My love for You in its purity, and call.

the Light Demons I have befriended and loved withdrew,
understanding the horror of My appointed Task,
abandoning Me to solitude and subversion into Tao.

ages I forget the day She'd wed Me. forgotten Her
name, when comes no Word from Her Quadrant, Her Throne.
still my Heart beats with joy in the Heat of Her love,
enthralled in the passion of service to My Queen,
that Center of Xenophilic Splendor,
Source of Pleasure and Bastion of Wisdom...

My waiting become enchantment, watching ensorcelry,
delusion dreaming, an Arrow moving faster and faster
toward a Target never seen, blinded to Eye and Mind.
My smile a haggard memory of assignment to My Post,
the Post a life of encrusting armor, sealing Me in.

I am a Black Guard.
on the Border of the Realm of Light I sit, watching for
denizens of the vast Wasteland who may wander to my border.
here I sit, watching for kin who come to plunder and destroy;
dreaming of bells and flowers, kisses and tears; wondering when
My Love will call Me from this Desert into Her Temple of Delight.

that Love a hazy memory of shade and disillusion,
a Promise never fulfilled, a Hint always withdrawn,
a Secret forever banished to the Outer Reaches,
where I used to dwell.

when from behind, of a sudden, and without warning,
come the sound of footprints, the rustling of magical bags,
and the soft purr of a whispery feline.

an invitation, says the Messenger Kitten, from the wilds
of Interior Luminaria, a noblewoman blinded from birth,
requesting visitation from the Black Guard.

thrice-thwarted was My response, though expert I was
in navigating the Highway Photonos, its shuttles and carriage
eventually giving way with an application of Will.

into a cavern of rustic decor, replete in cordials and roses
atop its mighty expanse, magical and healing wells of power
spot the gloomy castle ruling a luxious domain.

and there on a stonework, bedecked in gossamer and lace,
sat the most beautiful of fae, knee-up in a bookread,
and beckoning Me to half-light, agape in knowing her presence.

'I have called you', She said, setting aside Her Savory tome,
'for a Wedding, a Marriage of Souls.' She spoke then of a
character of glory whom I was certain was to be Her husband;
one who would no doubt need a Guard such as I
to engage the Darkness that the Good Folk, in their wisdom,
are always bringing to their wood (the Blessed Shade).

She toured me through the cavern and its garden,
the pavillion and its magical wells,
calling it Her Temple of Delight;
a respite from the world, the bounty of Her effulgence,
and imbued with the work of the Sun.

in the cool morning we lounged beneath an olive tree,
and I asked what I could do for Her.

She replied that She was Queen of the Fae, a small region of Light, and thanked Me for holding My post that She could see Me
and come to know My heart.

She said that I had served faithfully, and with diligence,
and that the worthy called Her Hikaru, Goddess of the Sun.

such grace and beauty, so bedevilling Her ensconcement,
that I forgot all but a whisp of My past, my Post and my Love.
'How perfect you have called Me, for I am a Black Guard,
and I can serve the lucky lord who is to be Your Consort.'

She laughed then, and took my hands.
'silly old demon', smiled. 'there is none but You in my desire,
no longer a need for You to maintain your Post.'
dreadfully confused, after parting from Her Delightful Temple
I hardly believed My eyes, ears, My mind. blood racing,
heart pounding, I said goodbye to My Desert Outpost,
half-convinced I was mad and that this was all some sorcery.

setting the machines to operate alone with routine inspection,
I set off once more to dwell in the Temple of Delight,
and bask in the unendingly beautiful presence
of Hikaru, My Goddess of the Sun.

Take Your Fill of Love as You Will! Free Love right now!

Beltane Celebration Of Bright Fire

Beltane Celebration Of Bright Fire
"AM BEANNACHADH BEALLTAIN (THE BELTAINE BLESSING)"

"Bless, O threefold true and bountiful,

Myself, my spouse, my children.

Bless everything within my dwelling and in my possession,

Bless the kine and crops, the flocks and corn,

From Samhain Eve to Beltane Eve,

With goodly progress and gentle blessing,

From sea to sea, and every river mouth,

From wave to wave, and base of waterfall.

Be the Maiden, Mother, and Crone,

Taking possession of all to me belonging.

Be the Horned God, the Wild Spirit of the Forest,

Protecting me in truth and honor.

Satisfy my soul and shield my loved ones,

Blessing every thing and every one,

All my land and my surroundings.

Great gods who create and bring life to all, I ask for your blessings on this day of fire."

(
Beltane is one of the oldest known holidays, mostly associated with maypole dancing and love magick. It's also known as May Day, Bealteinne, Beltaine, Calin Mai, Roodmas, Valpurga, Mean Earraigh. The word itself means "bright fire" or "lucky fire" which makes it one of the two great fire festivals (another is Samhain). It is believed that on these two days the veil between the worlds is thin.

Beltane's planetary ruler is Venus and it is celebrated on May the 1st or when the sun is at the 15 degrees Taurus. The date marks the midpoint between spring equinox and summer solstice.

It is the time of great fertility for all - earth, animals and people. Through time it was celebrated in a variety of ways but almost all are connected to the principle of fertility and celebration of gods of forest, goddesses of passion and motherhood and agricultural deities. Great Mother is about to reunite with her young Horned God. This Great Rite symbolizes their sexual union and sacred marriage. In old times, villagers would go into the woods and engage in sexual magick between themsleves believing that would have a positive effect on land (for crop-fertility), animals and themselves.

(source
When they hear Beltane many people think love making. And that's completely true, but Beltane is not just about love magicks. It represents the appearance of the matured Horned God Who is connected to fertility, fire and protection of animals and gardens.

Here are some of the things you can do (most quoted from "Solitary witch: the ultimate book of shadows for the new generation" by Silver Raven Wolf)

* erect your own maypole using a Christmas tree stand and a large pole; decorate with ribbons
* hang prayer ribbons on the trees and bushes on your property
* jump the balefire
* sew ribbons onto a white handkerchief, then empower each ribbon for a different goal or wish; keep the handkerchief safe until all the wishes are granted
* collect the morning dew for magickal use (May morning is a magickal time for wild water, like dew, springs or flowing streams which can be collected and used to bathe in for beauty, or drink for good health)
* gather the first wild herbs of the season, plants and flowers and use them to decorate your home
* make garland of wild spring flowers and cast it into lake, river or stream to bless the water spirits
* hang a branch of rowan tied with red thread above your bedroom door for protection
* add spells for self-esteem and self-love to your Beltane ritual
* bless your garden or the nearest field
* make love in the woods
* walk the woods and hug trees giving them your blessings (some trees are associated with Beltane, like Ash, Oak and Hawthorn)
* commune with the faeries (if you believe in faeries you can leave them food and other treats in your garden or yard)
* Beltane occurs when the sun is in the earthy, fixed sign of Taurus; any magick done now will last (and work hard) for a long time; this is an excellent time of the year for prosperity work, for adding to the stability of your lifestyle, and making those needed repairs around at home.

To find out some more you can read Beltane - Holiday detalis and history at Witchvox.com.

Sherlock Of Washington

Sherlock Of Washington
When Patti T.'s beloved Pembroke Roxie went to the bridge last year, this rambunctious charmer brought life back to an empty household, light back to a deeply saddened heart.

"Everything in my house was a memory of Roxie" writes Patti. "Knowing I was financially unable to do it myself, my brother and his wife offered to get me an early Christmas present and asked me to find a new puppy. There wasn't the slightest doubt about what kind of puppy I would be bringing home - nothing but a Corgi would ever do. When I saw Sherlock's photo it was love at first sight!"

"Sherlock keeps me focused on him and his need to be taken care of. In the process, he makes me laugh every single day. He has an abundance of charming personality and loves everyone and everything."

"My Dad lives in an assisted living facility and Sherlock loves going there to see all his elderly friends who love him as much as he loves them. He's a little roughhouser but seems to know he has to tone it down for them. His tender side is very apparent when he is with them. I am so proud!"

"Howdy do, pleasure to meet you!"

Greeting the vet. Butt wiggling!

Sherlock is a big fan of peanut butter, bully sticks, food in general, gator wrastlin', removing the guts from stuffed toys and shredding magazines.

Making mischief is tiring.

The gator has been wrassled into submission.

All ears.

An energetic pup can be helpful around the house. Assisting with the dishes...

... and the laundry too. Those clothes won't spin themselves without supervision.

"He is the gift that just keeps on giving and exactly what I needed. Watching Sherlock grow and learn has been a blessing and a joy. He's five months now and I couldn't love him any more than I do. I still miss my girl Roxie every single day and always will. Though Sherlock did not take her place by any stretch, he has found his way deep into my heart too. These magical little fairy dogs are so special."

Come follow Sherlock's adventures at "CORGI TALES"!

SOMETHING'S GOING OUT THERE: TRADITIONAL CATHOLICISM ON THE MOVE
By Robert D. De Piante, Publisher, The Catholic Voice

TRADITIO Traditional Roman Catholic Internet Site
E-mail List: traditio@traditio.com, Web Page:
Madeleine in Le Barroux, France, to offer the Tridentine Latin Mass.
Hundreds of visitors were present, filling every corner of the church for the Pontifical High Mass. This was not a private event, but was well-publicized both before and after the Mass. Although the cardinal's celebration of the Tridentine Latin Mass is a rare event, he did not mind being photographed for the occasion.

2. Toward the end of last year, word came to us of a retired bishop opening a house of studies specifically for the Tridentine Latin Mass.
Bishop Salvador L. Lazo, retired bishop of the Philippine diocese of San Fernando, plans to train men for the priesthood according to the
traditional doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church and for the exclusive celebration of the Tridentine Latin Mass. Bishop Lazo has long been a supporter of the traditional cause.

3. Three parishes, or units within parishes in different areas of the United States, have established themselves as traditional with the
offering of the Tridentine Latin Mass and the teaching of traditional doctrine and catechisms.

4. A quick look at information available on the Internet (that's the computer hookup that links together thousands of electronic sources on almost any subject, in our case "The Tridentine Mass") shows there are at least 167 locations listed where the "Indult" Mass is said (as little as once a month, as often as once a week) and 225 listings where there are Tridentine Masses said that are not part of a previously established parish church with the permission of the local bishop. That includes Masses offered by priests of the Society of St. Pius X, independent priests, and those of other organizations.

5. In St. Patrick's Cathedral, in New York City, more than 30 members of the clergy were involved in a procession and in the celebration of the Tridentine Latin Mass said by Cardinal Alfons Stickler, Prefect Emeritus of the Vatican Library. Since the Tridentine Latin Mass does not allow concelebration in everyday circumstances, Cardinal Stickler was the sole celebrant. Newspaper and news service reports estimated the crowd at between 4,000 and 4,500. The principal church of New York City was filled to overflowing, as those in attendance were present at a Mass that had not been offered there in nearly 30 years.

The New York Times quoted people in the audience with a positive
reaction. One said the ceremony was "pretty impressive". Another called the Tridentine Mass a "restoration of our liturgical home". That same person, Christopher A. Ferrara, a 44 year old lawyer from West Caldwell, NJ, also said: "You can't go into someone's home and remove the
furniture and everything else without disorienting everyone, but that is what happened with our liturgical home 30 years ago."

He was, of course, referring to the stripping away of the ceremony
that was our Mass, the changing of the words of Consecration, switching the position of the priest so that he faces the people instead of God in the tabernacle and upon the crucifix, and the multitude of other changes all done in the name of renewal that are summarized in the new religion known as the novus ordo. These changes have raised grave concerns in the hearts of those who wish to remain true to the traditions of the Roman Catholic Church. The modern mass cannot be equal in beauty and splendor to the Mass of All Time, the Tridentine Latin Mass, But most of all, the modern service is not equal in validity to the Tridentine Mass, and that, In the sum and substance of it all, is what really counts.

It is interesting to note that so often, writers for secular papers, and yes, even writers for some novus ordo papers, will make their
observations of the Tridentine Mass based on the language and the way the priest faces as if these are the only differences between the two.
They will always refer to the change in liturgical language that took place following the Second Vatican Council, as well as the presence of the table instead of the altar. While both of these changes are quite visible, they mask the multitude of other aberrations which have ripped the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass from the faithful and replaced it with a
"Commemoration of the Supper of the Lord" - the new ICEL definition of the Mass.

The pomp and splendor of the Latin liturgy is a wonderful reason to attend it, but it is not the only reason why we should favor it. Until we, as faithful Catholics, can get across to the rest of our Catholic friends what has really happened - i.e., that the Mass has been
destroyed and our Apostolic religion changed to one founded on the
teachings of modernist Innovators - our cause will not succeed. We will
"ooh" and "ahh" and the glory and majesty of the Latin Liturgy, and even pat ourselves on the back for some temporary victories, but they will not be lasting until all can see the seriousness of the work we have to do.

The New York Times, while reporting on this story, also pointed out that in the 181 dioceses in the United States, a Tridentine Latin Mass is celebrated in a "few parishes" weekly or monthly in each diocese.

But, enough with the story from New York City. Let us return to the original point of this article: with all these encouraging signs we are witnessing, what should we suppose they mean?

Obviously, what these events mean is that more and more people are
beginning to recognize the value and importance of the Tridentine Mass.
Everyday, in every part of the globe, people are remembering the value of the Latin Mass and are expecting to find it. Being turned away from their parish churches, they seek courageous priests and bishops who still offer Holy Mass according to the pre-conciliar rites. They are becoming less and less satisfied to have one or two Masses offered a year in celebration of some anniversary event or on the visitation of a favoring prelate.

The churches they are turning to are often those which are not the
local parish churches. They attend Masses in churches and chapels
offered by priests who are outside the jurisdiction of the local bishop.
Usually these independent churches are at longer distances than their neighborhood parishes. However, this doesn't deter them. Their love for Holy Mass makes any journey worthwhile.

Oddly enough, the traditional churches and chapels are operated by
priests whom the local modernist bishop will label as "disobedient"
and/or "schismatic." Yet, these priests are men who, after long prayer and reflection, have chosen to obey Go d and the vows made to Him at ordination rather than follow his brother priests and bishops into
error. The charge of disobedience does not apply here according to the Scripture principle: "We ought to obey God rather than men" (Acts of the Apostles 5:29).

Yes, there is a greater awareness of the basic faith that comes to us from the Tridentine Latin Mass. Clergy and faithful alike are finding peace of soul and satisfaction of heart through the traditional Mass, and we can be sure that there are more where they came from. Let us pray that increasing numbers will join us in this cause for the return of the Tridentine Mass and that they will refuse to give it up, even if it means attending this Mass under less than ideal situations. In the end, God will see us through.

The End Of My 2Nd Month With Maat

The End Of My 2Nd Month With Maat
Tonight I completed my second month with Maat. I had to do the ritual naked since I could not find my robe. In fact, I felt confused all night so it took some time just to gather the things I needed and bathe. I purposely went slow to keep my focus. I was told that we are in the midst of a mercury retrograde so I guess, confusion can occur and exhibiting patience should be exercised. I also tried to meditate longer than usual, desperately, but to no avail.

I tried something a little different tonight, especially since my brain was not as focused as usual. I took advantage of the fact. I went thru the visualizations and then let the brain-generated image go, especially by my left brain.

When I switched she became more life-full and I could feel her presence like she was standing to me real close, instead of at the distance I usually visualize her. The colors of her tunic became richer and deeper and I sensed a type of steady state vibration from her. Her lotus wand also seem to vibrate steadily and had an ethereal glow. Her ankh generated warmth yet solid. although i never grasped the ankh, warmth and solidity is the energy that I felt emanating from the object. The jewelry she was wearing seemed like they made sounds, like wind chimes in 20 MPH winds. The feather she blessed me with became part of my body and at one instant, I felt like I was the feather, emanating a slow vibration and glowing ethereally. The ankh also sank into my body, first with fluidity, absorption, and then with solidity.

After I finished, I did the LBRP, as called for, but this time, I actually felt the archangels. almost ominous creatures, that seem to fill almost the whole entirety of my temple space, except for Gabriel. I have difficulties sensing Gabriel.

I felt an overall strengthing and relaxation from the ritual and I felt I found a better way to communicate with Maat.

Frightful Fridays Naturgeist

Frightful Fridays Naturgeist
My apologies for the delay in this week's Frightful Friday! I ended up running a short-notice "courier mission," and I was not able to submit this last night.

This week's Frightful Friday! (or, perhaps, Surprising Saturday!) continues with the fantastical beast theme, but this time the creature is not a product of some mad wizard. Instead, the naturgeist ("spirit of Nature") is created by angry druids or even a vengeful nature deity. This creature may look a little odd, but, when earthquakes and tornadoes strike, buildings and weapons crumble in the naturegeist's presence, and numerous, powerful natural allies stride into battle, the characters won't be too concerned with its goofy appearance.

I hope you enjoy this week's Frightful "Friday!" If you've got any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Have a great weekend!

"This creature looks like a bizarre amalgamation of animals and insects. The deer head's eyes flash with a mixture of sorrow and rage. When it opens its mouth, it lets out a bellow unnervingly combining the cries of all its component creatures."

SPECIAL ABILITIES

APEX BEAST (EX) A naturgeist treats Handle Animal, Intimidate and Sense Motive as class skills.

BYPASS METAL ARMOR (SU) A naturgeist ignores armor bonuses provided by metal armor.

ANIMAL MIND-AFFECTING VULNERABILITY (SU) A spellcaster who uses any mind-affecting spell with a target of one animal (or more), such as "charm animal" or "hold animal", imposes a -8 penalty to a naturgeist's Will save.

NATURE'S ENTREATY (SU) Once per 5 rounds, a naturgeist may summon an ally as a free action, per summon "nature's ally VIII". Any summoned creatures remain for 10 minutes or until the naturgeist dismisses them or is slain. The creature typically summons rocs for terrestrial encounters, dire sharks for aquatic encounters or elementals appropriate to the location.

UNMAKING AURA (SU) Within 60 feet of a naturgeist, all manufactured items erode, rust or otherwise fall apart. Metal items, manufactured stonework and constructs within the aura take 1d6 points of damage that bypasses hardness per round. Non-magical items do not receive a saving throw, but magical items may succeed at a DC 22 Fortitude save each round to avoid the damage. The save DC is Charisma-based.

When humanoids despoil the wilderness, hunt animals to near extinction or otherwise grievously harm the natural world, a naturgeist forms from surviving, native creatures to exact wrath on the perpetrators. A naturgeist is a four-legged creature, but each leg comes from a different animal or insect; its head and torso are a patchwork of animals and insects as well. The creature measures about 8 feet in length, stands 6-feet tall and weighs roughly 2,000 pounds.

A naturgeist uses its aura of unmaking and its spell-like abilities to lay waste to the civilized area nearest to the devastation it vindicates. It usually focuses its attack on the most heavily armored characters, especially if the armor is crafted from metal. Druids and rangers have greater capability to stop the creature's attacks peaceably, but such characters might be reticent to do so if they realize what a naturgeist represents. If a druid or ranger can convince the creature that the community will redress the wrongs, it will cease its attack, return to a secluded area and revert to its constituent creatures.

While a naturgeist typically forms spontaneously, a cabal of five or more druids or rangers led by a druid of at least 15th level can perform a ritual that removes all spellcasting abilities from the participants for a week to call a naturgeist.

ESSENCE: Sweet children, the Father, the Innocent Lord, is the only One who fills your aprons with

jewels of knowledge. He alone is the Seed of the kalpa tree. He cannot be compared to anyone else.

QUESTION: How and why do many children try to deceive the Father?

ANSWER: Because of not recognising the Father accurately, they make mistakes and then hide

them. They don't tell Baba the truth. They secretly sit in the gathering. They don't realize that

Dharamraj Baba knows everything. To tell the true Baba the truth is also the way to reduce punishment.

SONG: No one is unique like the Innocent Lord.

ESSENCE FOR DHARNA:

1. Surrender everything you have to the Father and follow shrimat fully. Do not perform any

bad action and then hide it. By telling the truth to the judge, your punishment is reduced.

2. Never sulk with the Father. Become serviceable. You yourself have to cut your bondages of karma.

BLESSING: May you be an intense effort-maker who experiences something new every day in all four subjects.

Newness in knowledge means to move along being sensible, that is, to continue to finish the

weaknesses that are within you. Newness in experimentation of yoga means to increase its percentage.

In the same way, to experience newness in all four subjects, newness in your self-progress, newness

in the methods, newness in your experimentation, newness in service, newness in making others

into easy yogis and to experience newness in increasing the percentage means to be an intense

effort-maker. It is through this that you will experience closeness.

SLOGAN: The authority of purity is the greatest personality of all.

COMMENTS:

IN THIS SHORT MURLI, WE HAVE LOTS OF INFORMATION ABOUT SHIVA:

HE IS THE SEED OF THE KALPA TREE (CYCLE OF TIME)

HE IS THE CREATOR AND THE REST THE CREATION

HE IS CALLED THE SUPREME SOUL BECAUSE HE RESIDES IN THE SUPREME ABODE

IF HE WAS LARGER, HE WOULDN'T FIT IN BRAHMA BABA'S BODY

SHIVA DOES NOT HAVE A PART IN THE GOLDEN AND SILVER AGES, HIS PART STARTS IN THE COPPER AGE

SHIVA PURIFIES THE IMPURE, THAT IS WHY HE ENTERED BRAHMA AND NOT A SAGE OR SAINT

SHIVA FULFILLS THE DESIRE OF DEVOTION

HE HAS COME TO GIVE YOU THE FORTUNE OF YOUR KINGDOM.

I FEEL THAT IT IS IMPORTANT TO LOOK AT THAT INFORMATION THROUGH THE "GLASSES" OF "PURE GYAN." WHY? BECAUSE THAT IS HOW WE COULD SEPARATE DEVOTION AND INFORMATION FOR CHILDREN'S INTELLECT FROM THE ONE WHICH IS
NOTE THAT SHIVA'S PART STARTED IN THE "COPPER AGE." RELIGIONS WERE FOUNDED AT THAT TIME. PEOPLE HAD EXPERIENCES OF GOD AS WELL, SO HOW CAN WE SAY THAT THOSE RELIGIONS DO NOT "KNOW GOD"? GOD IS NOT
SHIVA, GOD "ENTERED" BRAHMA JUST BECAUSE BRAHMA BABA IS THE FOUNDER OF THE BRAHMIN CLAN. IN THE "IRON AGE" EVERYONE IS "IMPURE."

GOD, SHIVA, "HAS COME" TO GIVE US KNOWLEDGE. THROUGH THE UNDERSTANDING AND IMBIBING OF THAT KNOWLEDGE IS HOW THE "KINGDOM" APPEARS, THROUGH THE LAW OF KARMA.

THEN, BABA MENTIONS ABOUT NOT "HIDING" ANYTHING FROM THE FATHER, FOR HE KNOWS ALREADY AND BY TELLING THE TRUTH OUR PUNISHMENT WILL BE DIMINISHED.

HERE THIS IS JUST PLAIN "LAW OF KARMA." THERE IS REALLY NOTHING ABOUT GOD "DOING SOMETHING," AS "PUNISHING HIS CHILDREN," FOR NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. OBVIOUSLY, CONFESSION MEANS UNDERSTANDING OF AN ERROR AND THAT IN ITSELF IS THE BEGINNING OF MAKING THINGS RIGHT AGAIN.

THE DRAMA IS ALREADY IN PLACE. NOTHING TO ADD TO IT. "A KINGDOM IS BEING ESTABLISHED." ALL ACTORS ARE NEEDED ACCORDING TO TIME.

I LIKED THE BLESSING WHICH RELATES THE CONCEPT OF "NEWNESS." NEWNESS IN THE 4 SUBJECTS IS IMPORTANT TO MAINTAIN THAT ZEAL AND ENTHUSIASM. LET US NOT BE AFRAID OF EXPERIMENTING, FOR THAT IS ONE WAY TO LEARN AND EXPERIENCE. BY INCREASING THAT "NEWNESS" IS HOW WE BECOME "INTENSE EFFORT MAKERS," BAPDADA MENTIONED.

Whereupon The Party Finds Many Rats But No Coppers

1E Session Recap Part 1 - Whereupon The Party Finds Many Rats But No Coppers
So, last night I kicked off my 1e / OSRIC campaign. It's the same players from my old ACKS campaign and Ambition )

Mark, a Dwarven F2/C3 - LN (also exceptional Strength)

So, the party wakes up chained to a cell wall via next collars. They have some vague memories of being in Tenkar's Tavern, in the Town of Tenkar (BareBones RPG Keranak Kingdoms Fantasy Setting). It was "Adventurers' Night" at the Tavern, when adventurers eat and drink for half off as paying patrons attempt to ply deals. A young fop named Lawrence was striking a deal with them when another adventuring party demanded the contract. Within minutes, the Tavern was laid to waste (not for the first time). Glabe remembers seeing the pointy end of a spear protruding from his chest, and suspects he died when it all faded to black. The others remember being on the losing end of the fight and falling unconscious, or worse.

Thus ends the set up ;)

Upon awaking, Rastan tested his chains and was able to pull them loose from the wall. The resulting hole revealed the sound of rushing water behind the wall. With some work, the rest of the part was freed, and it was decided to cast a silence spell so they could complete opening the wall up enough to escape through if necessary. They knew there were was someone on the other side of their cell door, and they wanted to be as quietly as possible. Besides, they were clothed only in prisonwear, without armor, weapons or other quiptment.

With the wall opened enough to view the unground river below, the party awaited their jail keeper, on the assumption someone needed to provide them with food and water. They were correct, and after waiting an undermined amount their jailor, a well times sleep spell took the wererat out after he opened their cell door.

The attempt to charm him failed, and what little info he was able to provide the party failed to make much sense. In the short of it, they disposed of him so he wouldn't be a possible issue later.

The elvin MU/T was the first to lower himself into the river. I wasn't sure if he had a death wish or now, but he saw the hints of a shore and a dry cave and decided to swim for it. The rest of the party decided to us the chains from the jail keeper's / torturer's room to tie themselves off and avoid being washed down river. It's nice to know the whole party isn't suicidal.

The party made their way the cave tunnel to a small lake with a whirlpool at the center - this was obviously fed by the river they had successfully traversed. The dwarf stopped to inspect the racks and stones at the shore before pressing on - he wanted something he could throw. Instead, he found a waterproof scroll case washed up among the rocks. The were some spell scrolls for the magic-user and a coded treasure map (and future adventure seed).

Proceeding to the far side of the sure the party came to a winding tunnel system, roughly 4' high and 4'. It smelled of death, decay and poop. Rat poop!

(to be continued)
