After Action Report Spingola Speaks

After Action Report Spingola Speaks 30032012
This was my second delayed appearance with Deanna regarding the issue of Henry Ford and"'The International Jew'": (1) it didn't get off to the most auspicious start due to my making the assumption that it was at the same time as I had previously appeared when in fact Deanna's show had moved to an hour earlier. When her producer called I happened to have just sat down at my desk to have a cup of coffee and compose my thoughts for the show. Obviously I was somewhat flustered and I believe it probably showed to the audience in that it took me a good twenty to thirty minutes to really get into my stride.

Myself and Deanna discussed the issue of the jew as the ultimate materialist (i.e. the egocentric jew) and I was delighted that she brought up a guest she had had on the show some days before who was a jewish former lobbyist who got caught, served time in prison and was now promoting the general corruption of the US government. I thought it was a well-made point that; as Goethe said, theory is grey but life is green. Or put into simpler language: theory and experience must operate in a symbiotic relationship with experience governing the contours of theory and theory providing the paradigm that informs the views in which experience has to operate.

It served to reinforce the point I was making that jews have little to no understanding of the consequences of their actions when they do not conform to their own expectations of how they will work out. So for example when a jew decides to cheat someone they will tend to presume that such a motive and action is untraceable to them because of all the precautions they have taken, but if they are caught then they will promptly deny any wrong-doing until they are blue in the face.

However once it is proven beyond doubt that that is what they have done jews tend to have one of two responses: either they go on simply denying it using all their powers to do so (like the miniature ultra-Zionist lobby around imprisoned Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard claiming he is innocent) or reinvent themselves as "'whistle-blowers'" or former"'insiders' "who are now telling the" 'truth'" to the world about their experiences like Deanna's guest. That this is more or less the same behaviour as their previous incarnation doesn't seem to be frequently realised however it is simply the same instinct for personal reinvention and ruthless entrepreneurship/exploitation (whichever way you look at business) that jews show on a vast scale.

I covered this dynamic of jewishness in a little detail; although not as much as I would normally have liked to given its key importance in understanding the jewish question today, however time was limited and I wanted to discuss the other themes of Ford's "'The International Jew'". We covered the jewish historical habit of changing their names, discussed some brief examples and also some tips on how to spot a jew by their name.

Deanna caught me slightly off guard when she brought up the surname "'Black'" as a jewish surname so it took me a few moments to come up with a plausible explanation in the German for" 'Black' "(Schwartz) which could be anglicised as" 'Black' "although as I made clear I hadn't seen many examples of such as jews have a tendency to leave it as simply"'Schwartz' "as it sounds perfectly European and non-jewish.

We moved on to discussing the issues around the Kol Nidre ("'All Vows'") and Ford's thesis on it in" 'The International Jew' "where I pointed out that Neil Baldwin's" 'counter argument' "in "'Henry Ford and the Jews' "was rather ignorant and not only misrepresented Judaism but was in a fact a tautology. (2)

I also pointed out; in again less detail than I would have liked to, that Ford's article on the Kol Nidre was substantially correct and that; in spite of a few minor factual slips that would have been defensible at the time, is still a very credible argument that can be utilized with an appropriate knowledge of the halakha surrounding the issue of jewish oaths and vows in the Mishnah and Gemara.

In relation to this I briefly pointed out that most modern critics of jews and Judaism don't really know enough about either of these texts to quote from them or try to interpret them given that jews themselves spend years studying these huge texts in order to merely become proficient in them. As such it is worthwhile further elucidating that when debating jews unless you know these texts relatively well bringing up Talmudic quotes is going to land you trouble because jews have been producing half-truthful Talmudic debunks for quite some time and have probably heard your claim before and have a ready-made answer for it. Thus forcing the ball back into your court when you have little left to bat it back with but invective.

This is a point I have made several times before but in order to debate jews you have to make sure you study them a little and don't just walk straight into the many intellectual ambushes they have prepared over the decades for you. Remember that history waits for no man and as such if you walk into such an ambush unprepared there will be no intellectual mercy from the jews or philo-Semites and nor should you expect any.

In the cut and thrust of intellectual combat there is only one fundamental rule: anything goes.

This is something that Deanna and myself came back to when we took callers with the indomitable Werner calling in to express his outrage at the jews and pointing out that if any other nation had been doing what the Israelis have been doing to the Palestinians then the UN and NATO would have striking with their full force against them rather molly-coddling them. I felt the point that Werner made was typically excellent as he expressed the hypocrisy of the West in allying against Syria, Iran and Libya without also allying against Israel in a beautiful rhetorical contrast that could not have failed to give the listener pause for thought.

Then we had a longish call from a soft-spoken lady who expressed an admiration for Andrew Carrington-Hitchcock's work" 'The Synagogue of Satan'" and asked about Freemasonry its relation with Judaism and gave two quotes from jewish publications. I expressed the view that both the quotes were accurate (as I have checked them in the past) and that Freemasonry did indeed have jewish roots as it dates itself (probably unreliably but never-the-less suggestively) from the builders of the Temple of Solomon and that there have been several major Freemasonic organisations that have been exclusively for jews such the Lodge of the B'nai Brith (who founded the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai Brith).

She also asked about local activism to which I replied that the key was to oppose our enemies on a local level and to take personal responsibility for the struggle against them: one cannot fight a war by oneself but if you are fighting alongside a lot of people who are aiming in approximately the same direction then you are going to act as force multipliers to each other and eventually force the evolution of a united front against the enemies of the West. Too many people try to go into this struggle at the top level of macro (i.e. presidential) level politics rather than sacrificing their egoistic pretensions and looking to what they can do now not when they have a few thousand non-existent followers.

It is the fundamental cancer afflicting the patriotic movement in North America as it is in a sense what Ford called it: "'distilled Judaism'". Or put more simply: everybody wants to be the President and nobody wants to be the technician doing the sound-check before a press conference. That has to fundamentally change if we are to be victorious in this struggle against the enemies of the West and as a European immigrant to America perhaps it is more obvious to me as a proverbial" 'outsider looking in'". It is time to ask yourself not who will serve you but rather what you can do now.

The last caller was a chap who talked about the need to differentiate between Zionists and "'Torah True'" jews. It was the only time in the entire show that I vehemently disagreed with something someone else had said in that he tried to suggest; quite innocently I think, that just because a jew is religiously opposed to Zionism ("'Torah True'") they are therefore non-objectionable.

I clarified the error in this thinking by highlighting the fact that said "'Torah True' "jews actually believe precisely the same things as secular and religious Zionists, but where they differ is in trying to force Hashem's hand. So what secular and religious Zionists believe essentially is forcing history and/or Hashem's hand by recreating the historic jewish kingdom (i.e. they are "'divinely-inspired'") on earth and thus artificially creating the conditions for what is called "'Messianic Times' "in Judaism i.e. when the jewish Messiah's arrival is deemed to be imminent and thus jews are entitled to begin to throw off the gentile yoke and begin their rule of the material world early. While"'Torah True'" jews merely strongly disagree with forcing Hashem's hand and believe that the Messiah will turn up on his own and lead them back to the holy land: indeed they view Zionist actions as prolonging the Diaspora not cutting it short.

So then as I summarised the difference between secular and religious Zionists and" 'Torah True'" jews is not a matter of if but rather when. They are hardly very different: one just proposes waiting while the other refuses to do so.

All in all I thought it was a thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience for me and I hope the listeners found it as enjoyable and educational as I did. I'll be back on with Deanna soon.

Karma Zain Spiritual Supplies Is Moving

Karma Zain Is Moving Moving Sale And Shop Closing Dates
I am moving back to Alabama, so "KARMA ZAIN SPIRITUAL SUPPLIES IS MOVING". The shop will be closed from July 20 to August 15.

SALES AND SPECIALS

I would prefer not to move the fragile things like altar and libation bottles, shadow boxes, glass vigils, etc. So I will be having a sale on one of a kind stuff like that - bottles, boxes, candles that are already in stock/made, and even some jewelry. I will cut prices on everything and will take offers for many things (not only do I not want to move anything I could ship to a new owner instead, anybody whos moving can always stand to have a little extra cash on hand for those dratted last-minute moving expenses, so I will be putting up some deep discounts to liquidate the inventory of large, OOAK, and fragile stuff). Ill publicize the specials and sales and post the info on all the usual channels/sites. I may offer July 14 will be the "LAST DAY TO ORDER A VIGIL LIGHT SETTING" if you want it done before I move, and the "LAST DAY TO HAVE A HONEY JAR OR SOUR JAR" or similar types of altar work.

You can still book consultations, which I can do even during the transit phase, though the turnaround time may be slightly longer than usual.

Honey jars, sour jars, and pakets that Im maintaining here on my own altars "CAN BE WORKED WITHOUT INTERRUPTION" *as long as they are totally set up/prepared before July 20.* After that, I will be packing up my herbs and oils and materials, leaving out only those candles, oils, and similar materials and things required for work that is already booked, fully set up, and begun by July 20. After that, I wont be able to make new jars or pakets or set up new container spell work, but I *will* be able to keep working anything that is "ALREADY SET UP".

Other types of altar work this month will be discussed on a case by case basis - basically, with anything that requires a contract, well talk about the best way to work it given my schedule and your needs (and if the best way to work it is to have me refer you to a colleague who can help you more quickly, I will do that, and I can usually make several recommendations for you depending on what type of work you are needing). If you book a consultation to have your case assessed for altar work this month, I will remind you of my upcoming closure before I proceed, to double check that you want me to do your consultation and you dont prefer to book with someone else instead.

THE WHY

After 6 years in Atlanta, I am moving back to my hometown in Alabama and will be an Alabama resident again as of August. Once I get all settled, Ill be open for business as usual with a shiny new altar room/temple in a shiny new, freshly cleansed and blessed house. This opportunity just recently appeared on my horizon as of last week, so all this is pretty sudden, but it has to be done by the first week of August and its a good opportunity for me for the academic/research/teaching side of my pursuits. It will be good to be back :-)

"(c) Karma Zain 2013, all rights reserved"

**FOOTNOTES

[*]For instance, if I run out of wax this month before the 20th, I will put the votive candle quantities to zero/0 because I will not have any more supplies delivered to my Georgia location but will instead wait until I can have them delivered to my Alabama location.

Earth Easter Island And The Doom Of Humanity

Earth Easter Island And The Doom Of Humanity
In the beginning was a mystery and the mystery was thought-provoking enough that some people felt that extra-terrestrial beings created it. Many years ago, Dutch sailors noticed an isolated island in the middle of the dark Pacific. Headed by the navigator Jacob Roggeveen, the explorers decided to land on what appeared to be an island of sand dunes. The Europeans, especially the Spaniards, were already exploring the New World and encountering strange sites-the Spanish viceroy of Peru already reported that the Incan capital was protected by high walls built by the Devil himself. So on 5 April 1722, there was an eerie feeling sweeping over the Dutch sailors as they approached the strange island.

If the Spaniards were horrified by the demonic walls of the Incas, the Dutch sailors were soon to find out that the devil-while Europe was facing the demons of Christianity-have been building his fortresses across the American continent and towards the Pacific. As they drew nearer the island they noticed large stone images floating over the dunes. "We could not comprehend how it was possible that these people, who are devoid of heavy thick timber [or] strong ropes, nevertheless, had been able to erect such images, which were fully thirty feet high," wrote Roggeveen in his journal. And then they discovered that it was not dunes they were looking at but barren hills devoid of forests and timbers.

Thousands of stone images extremely larger than the simple phallic monuments of Southeast Asia dotted the bald island. "The great mystery that struck all early visitors was not just that these colossal statues stood in such a tiny and remote corner of the world, but that the stones seems to have been put there without tackle, as if set down from the sky," said the historian Ronald Wright, and added, "The figures stood there mockingly, defying common sense." And there is indeed a certain degree of common sense education that can be learned from these statues of the "Devil"; but one may ponder as to what evil the statues caused or was the Devil a narcissist who carved his face on a thousand stones.

Rapa Nui, as the Polynesians called the island, "was once well watered and green, with rich volcanic soil supporting thick woods of the Chilean wine palm, a fine timber that can grow as big as an oak." Around 500 CE, Wright explains, "migrants from the Marquesas of the Gambiers arrived in big catamarans stocked with their usual range of crops and animals." Rapa Nui became a thriving society of around 10,000 people divided into nobles, priests and commoners. But what catastrophe occurred in Rapa Nui that made the famous Captain James Cook, who visited the island later after the Dutch, wrote that nature had "been exceedingly sparing of her favours to this spot"?

Just like the other Polynesians, the inhabitants of Rapa Nui worshipped their ancestors through the erection of statues. It became a source of pride: the larger the statue, the greater the prestige. And as generation to generation the urge for greater prestige increased, the statues too increased in size; dramatically "demanding more timber, rope, and manpower. Trees were cut faster than they could grow." The inhabitants were consuming the natural resources of the island like greedy piranhas swarming over their prey. But just as most things in this world, the perfection of an art also means the destruction of it. The sabre-toothed cat once perfected the art of killing the mammoths that they hunted them down to the last one. The extinction of the prey also meant the extinction of the predator; and in the island's case, the greater the monuments became-the more they reach perfection-the greater the pace of the destruction of the environment.

Man was the catastrophe of Rapa Nui. It is indeed chilling to hear when Wright wrote that by 1400 CE, "no more tree pollen is found in the annual layers of the crater lakes." Chaos took over as the contest for resource set in. There were skirmishes between families and tribes, and "the Europeans heard tales of how the warrior class had taken power, how the island had convulsed with burning villages, gory battles, and cannibal feasts." The "mini-civilization" of monuments, great houses, and large villages was pushed back to the early culture of the Cro-Magnons as their resources dwindled down to the last chickens they have kept. As the land resources minimized dead, sea foods could have been the only salvation. However, no timber meant no new boats; and as the last old boat faded away into oblivion, the people were doomed. Cook described them as "small, lean, timid and miserable."

There is a very strong analogy between the island called Rapa Nui and the planet called Earth-the former was destroyed by man's insatiable nature while the latter is being ravaged by man's incalculable cruelty. One can remember the Brothers: "Human beings are a disease in this planet. You are a plague." Environmentalist can argue that humanity must save earth, but one must also remember that in the 99.9% of the Earth's existence it withstood the burning hell of gravitational pull, the sea of fire created by wicked storms, ice ages that can freeze even a refrigerator, the appetite of the dinosaurs, and the impact of a thousand asteroids. Earth always had a period of rejuvenation; so there is no need to worry about earth, it can handle itself. The question is: can humanity handle Earth handling itself?

The answer is obvious enough: we hang on a balance of a 50-50 survival rate. What happened in Rapa Nui was not just an omen; it was a warning by Earth: "you can worship a million gods beneath a billion souls of your ancestors, or you can roll them all into one, I do not care. When the time comes when I declare war on humans and the living species that damaged me, no army of God will be powerful enough to stop me from changing myself!" And the earth is indeed dramatically changing. Temperatures have enormously risen since the beginning of modern civilization. Perhaps humanity may have pushed its experiment of civilization to its limits-always wanting to make the largest statue. Like Rapa Nui, everything will have an end.

Armageddon is not the coming of God on Earth; it is the day the Earth will reclaim everything it lost from the quick burst of human greed and human arrogance. Perhaps humanity should learn that what it is doing is suicide-religion made humanity blind to the fact that they came out of Earth, children of its soil, nurtured by its air, given life by its resources. The time we placed the gods and the goddesses on the pedestal of our consciousness was the time the Earth stood still. Time to relearn, what was unlearned! Then maybe, just maybe, the story of what happened on Isla de Pascua (Easter Island, also called Rapa Nui) may bring a new life for humanity.

The Alien Demon Agenda Part 2

DECEPTION AND TRUTH

WHICH IS WHICH

Tonight I am scheduled for a multi-hour interview to place another Holy Spirit influenced "take" on this "Luciferian Rebellion" paradigm. My intention was to wait until this interview was completed and then take that data and interlace it into the next several "Alien Demon Agenda" articles. I still have every intention of doing so, but sometimes I wake up and realize my writer's block has subsided and feel "driven" to move forward.

This is one such morning and I hope I do a good job.

BRIEF SCRIPTURAL CONSIDERATIONS

Many "advanced" Bible scholars and even Rabbi's have determined supernatural information in Genesis. Pastor Chuck Missler has an extremely advanced study on Genesis and shows indisputable pointers to intentional "pauses" in the flow of the text that indicate God has intentionally left out "parts" of this historical account. (I hope I said that right because this is hard to explain)

In fact, after the fall of Adam, there is a high level of likeliness that "entropy" began. Entropy is the starting point of "decay" (in a sense). This is very complex science and my intention is to "plant seeds" of thought to help you begin to unravel the hidden "mysteries" that God has woven into the text.

A taste of these amazing and supernatural hidden riddles in Genesis can be found in one of the most boring chapters in all the Bible. Remember not one "jot" or "tittle" will be left unanswered. This means that even the PUNCTUATION has meaning. Think about that!

The "Genealogy" in Genesis 5 includes ten names. Adam, Seth, Enosh, Kenan, Mahalalel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech and Noah. The Kenan name has some interpretational issues that can be cleared up through more advanced Bible study and some references in Leviticus. I can point you to this study should you elect to go there.

THOUGHT EXAMPLE NUMBER ONE

Now here is where you REALLY start to see the "fingerprint" of the Holy Spirit laced throughout this "extraterrestrial" text. These are the interpretations of the names in sequence.

ADAM = Man (is)

SETH = Appointed

ENOSH = Mortal

KENAN = Sorrow; (but)

MAHALALEL = The Blessed God

JARED = Shall come down

ENOCH = Teaching

METHUSALEH = His death shall bring

LAMECH = The despairing

NOAH = Comfort, Rest

When you take those meanings in order, and make a supernatural statement out of them you get this sentence.

"Man is appointed mortal with sorrow, but the blessed God shall come down, teaching "his death shall bring" the despairing comfort and rest."So here, even in the very first book of the Pentateuch, you see supernatural evidence of JESUS CHRIST as our savior. If this doesn't get your scriptural juices flowing then nothing will.

THOUGHT EXAMPLE NUMBER TWO

Here is Genesis 18:1-5

GEN 18:1-5

"18 Then the Lord appeared to him by the terebinth trees of Mamre, as he was sitting in the tent door in the heat of the day. 2 So he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing by him; and when he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them, and bowed himself to the ground, 3 and said, "My Lord, if I have now found favor in Your sight, do not pass on by Your servant. 4 Please let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree. 5 And I will bring a morsel of bread, that you may refresh your hearts. After that you may pass by, inasmuch as you have come to your servant."

"They said, "Do as you have said."

NKJVRemember the size of the audience of the Bible. The Bible's text had to "speak" to people who have lived over thousands of years of history. We have "no problem" suggesting the the visions of Ezekiel might represent "helicopters" of today, but what about the OPPOSITE effect. What about the fact that God had to write text that could be understood to relatively primitive civilizations? Have you considered that?

Also please don't forget that God has hidden "mysteries" throughout the Bible text. Some of them he uncovers (to those who have eyes to see, etc.) but some he intentionally keeps hidden away until the proper time. THINK. Why do you believe he "had" to keep certain things hidden? Could the information be simply too fabulous for us to accept? You BET!

Also please do not forget that in the "end times" knowledge increases. There is NO QUESTION the Bible is an understatement. It is laced with hidden mysteries and "intel" that only the most open minded people could perceive. ANY earthy hindrance to your interpretation can prevent even the most "Holy Spirit Filled" pastor to miss these things. This is why we are all so frustrated with our church leadership today.

ANGELS AND DEMONS ARE AMBIGUOUS TERMS

How many of you are frustrated that you cannot "reach" your fellow Christians with the New World Order information? May I see a show of hands please? Wow... now that's A LOT! So we all collectively agree that WE have discovered information on world events that has a POWERFUL message BUT we cannot get that message across to our fellow Christians and church leadership. Now that's FRUSTRATING!

By now you should realize that, for the sake of simplicity and reaching a diverse audience over thousands of years, God has had to DUMB DOWN his text. So to be helpful he has used "terms" to describe certain entities and objects so our tiny little brains can grasp the concept. For example, any "entity" that has rebelled against God "cosmically" he has given the name of DEMON. These are also often referred to as "fallen angels".

But WAIT!

What about THAT TERM? Angel? Bene Ha Elohim? That has got to be the MOST underestimated "term" YHWH has ever used. The term "Angel" is so "generic". It is like asking for a "Klennex" when you would be happy with any tissue.

If you do even a brief study on Angels, you will see a "multi-dimensional" dynamic. You will find that there are "angels" of all kinds. You will even discover eventually that there are "angels" that are NOT ANGELS. In fact the Bible is extremely clear that you might actually "entertain" angels that are basically just regular human looking folks like you and I.

The term "angel" is very generic. You can even argue that the term angel is used to describe many of God's "Bene Ha Elohim" that have stayed "loyal" to his team. You even have specialized inter-dimensional angels that travel across "time continuums" such as Gabriel and Michael.

POSSIBLE CONSIDERATIONS FOR GENESIS 18

So here as some things to think about regarding Genesis 18. I am not drawing conclusions I am trying to help you see the possibilities. Remember I could very well be WRONG. So you best put on your Berean "hats" and open your own Bibles to "see if it is so".

* Abraham is hanging out in the door of his tent on a hot day
* He senses a presence and looks up to see YHWH God and 3 "men"
* He goes to his knees and bows in front of "them"
* He offers them "food and drink" and suggests they are probably tired and could use a break
* They accept his offer and tell him to "have at it"
* He has his associate(s) prepare dinner for these "visitors"
* They eat and discuss various things, particularly the future birth of Isaac

Now here are some questions to ponder.

* YHWH God was present at this event along with the 3 "men", what "form" was YHWH God in at the time?
* Abraham "bows down" to the accompanying "men" and offers them food, why do you think he did that; after all nobody ever offered Gabriel and Michael food... did they?
* These "men" appears to be in need of refreshment, why do you think that could be true?
* Later two of these fellows go to Sodom to hang out with Lot, some nasty people in Soddom try to break into Lot's house and do bad things to these "angel-men". Why do you think these "angel-men" didn't just "vaporize" and escape into another dimension like Gabriel and Michael always did?
* Why do you think Lot had to offer up his concubine for "rape and death" to save these "angel-men"?

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY'S ONSLAUGHT

RESEARCH WEIRDNESS

So in preparation for these next articles, I have been digging through some old and new material and taking notes. This means hours of study and lectures. The other day I was listening to a lecture / audio book on the Billy Meier Story. Billy Meier's information cannot be discredited because he has multiple witnesses, tons of video and photographs, and only one arm. This "one armed" poor country man in Switzerland could not have forged all this data. And to make matters worse, he has written letters to "heads of state" warning them of "forthcoming" wars and other events long before they occurred. They are referred to as the Billy Meier "prophecies".

About one hour into the "audio book" Mr. Meier was discussing how these visitors from Pleiades (or Pleiadeans), had told him about an ancient "hidden sealed scroll". Remember God confirms the significance of Pleiades and Orion in the THIS IS PRECISELY WHAT THE ECUMENICAL MOVEMENT WILL ATTEMPT TO DO (through created earthquakes and the discovery of surprise archaeological findings)

Suddenly my entire house goes dark! A power outage occurs. All my computer systems drop dark. Silence.. even if for a few moments. It was pretty weird that right after the story of the "Talmud Emmanuel" my office / house / computer systems go completely silent and dark.

When the power came back up my main computer would not fully reboot. I have the fastest hard drive on the planet so this system comes back up extremely fast. After 4 attempts to bring it up, I realized the system was in a recovery state and got bored waiting for it.

I reached back and riffled through some
* Greys Types A, B and C - Militaristic, highly scientific, used for conquering planets, reproduced through genetics, used for genetically creating hybrid humans and other "entities", some 4-5 feet, some 8 feet, in 1993 it was estimated that 1 in 40 humans that walked among us then were genetically created by the Greys, today it is likely many times that number

* Humanoid Aliens, similar to human genetics, fair skinned, "benevolent", reportedly from same star system,

REPORT TO THE GREYS

I call your attention to number 3 above. Those are the PLEIADIANS! The "Pleiadians" that were visiting Billy Meier report to the Greys. The Greys report to the Reptilian / Dracs. The Draconians / Reptilians are referred to as the "fallen angel" variety by the "experts", abductees, and witnesses of more than 50 years of study and testimony.

I TOLD YOU THIS IS CREEPY

THE TYPE C HUMAN ALIEN-DEMON

This discovery utterly "blew my mind" as if the above isn't weird enough. Evidently there is a little known group of "Aliens" of the "fallen angel" variety and also from the same "star system" (or close by) as the others. These are from the SIRIUS star system. Have you heard this part before? Do you know why the DOG STAR SIRIUS is so important to the Masonic Order?

According to "Masonic Lodge of Education" the dog star "Sirius" has the following important characteristics:

* First and most exalted object that appears in the Lodge
* Heavily used and very important
* (13 of these stars were on the first American flag, 13 is a Satanic number)
* Great antiquity, derived from older systems
* The star of Bethlehem
* Represents the sacred name of "their" god

SIRIUS POSSIBILITIES

Through all this forthcoming chaos and lies / deception many things are going to unfold. But remember, many of them will be hidden from our view. Most of us have heard of this "new age" god Maitreya. Evidently this Maitreya fellow has shown up all over the place for many years. Benjamin Creme is pushing his agenda and this "entity" is very well known.

This "Maitreya" entity evidently "walks through walls" and mysteriously materializes in front of your eyes. Now is it possible this is all a bunch of balderdash. Sure... I suppose. But all this information becomes hard to dismiss when there are thousands of different sources all reporting the same story. It's the same problem one has dismissing the "alien abduction" claims.

It the SAME PROBLEM anyone has dismissing the "New World Order" claims.

Could this Maitreya fellow be from "somewhere else"?

SUMMARY

This is hard stuff to keep up with. Our Jesus army of intelligence is growing. I wish Tribulation-Now could be guaranteed to grow and continue to have electronic connectivity to millions of people with an Alex Jones "sized" staff that could MUSTER US and our prayer power as a formidable force against "them".

God is amazing... you never know what might happen. Although I think that "our" electronic intel will eventually be taken away some day. That's why I torture myself (drive myself) hard to get as much information out to you as possible so when the electronic intel is gone, we understand the nature of the threat and the hidden "cosmic" forces we are dealing with.

I know this "stuff" is extremely hard to accept. And is it important for your salvation - NO! But is it going to be important for OTHER PEOPLE'S SALVATION! YES! We must be able to speak intelligently to the lies that others will be told. This is not going to be easy and you will need the power of Jesus and the grace of the Holy Spirit to address this UFO business sooner than you think.

People are basically pretty intelligent these days. They know about 10,000 year old carvings. They know about dinosaurs. They know about UFOs. Our enemy has God's most precious creations fooled on a level that we could only imagine in a science fiction "dream".

BE BLESSED IN THE NAME OF JESUS PRAISE JESUS, YOU ARE MY KING I LOVE YOU LORD WITH ALL MY HEART

Brigid Imbolc And The Full Moon

Brigid Imbolc And The Full Moon
image found here

Friday is Full Moon and next week is Imbolc, dedicated to the goddess Brigid (Bride). I think we need a Full Moon Ritual dedicated to Brigid. I will work on this today and tomorrow, any input is welcome. The calendar date for Imbolc is February 2, the astrological date this year is February 4. Either day is fine to celebrate this festival.

We are all sick of this winter, in many places the weather has been unusually harsh and Imbolc is the traditional day to celebrate the return of spring. But this can depend on the whims of Brigid who breathes warm spring breath back into the frozen earth, so I will be doing something to honor this goddess.

More later.

All the thoughtful comments and emails have been much appreciated. We have a nice blogger community here, I am glad to be part of it.

Fallen Angels Return Hollywood And Government

Fallen Angels Return Hollywood And Government Have Set The Stage

Doug Burrow

"The media, para-governmental organizations such as the Bilderbergers, the Rand Corporation and other think tanks, along with the U.N. and the U.S. and other world governments seem to be promoting not only the idea of extraterrestrial contact, but with New Age channeling cults they are also shaping our expectations. Sure, the world is a mess, but the Space Brothers will save us, IF, we play nice with them. The climate change, population control, green (goddess) pseudo-religions, one-world global government agenda all seem to correlate nicely with the channelled so-called teachings of "extraterrestrials" who never seem to get around to actually solving" any of our problems, but DO always seem to spout New Age pap which unceasingly detracts from the Gospel of Jesus Christ and points to our "god-self" and ETs as our true saviors. Jesus? Sure, as swell teacher, but haven't we evolved beyond such old-school notions as Christianity? Pah! Who needs Jesus when ET is here to save the day! (Yes, in case you didn't catch it, I am being a little sarcastic. But please forgive me, maybe I'm just getting a wee bit tired of being told how to think by all the "illuminated" ones out there!)

The following video samples just some of the more obvious examples of how Hollywood and Big Brother directs our attention away from Truth and toward more suspect "angels of light."

Evolution Of Daat Torah

Evolution Of Daat Torah
Sefer HaBahir, verse 3 excerpt

"Traditional interpretation: How do we know that Torah is called a blessing?"

Wow. is unusual and clues aren't easily found as to its meaning. Nothing even comes close to it in any of my dictionaries. Any of my readers who are fluent in Hebrew are invited to provide a modern (or not so modern) literal translation this word. Nor is a 3-letter root easily identifiable at first glance.

Be that as it may, the best thing to do is to just start somewhere. I'm going to start with the preliminary hypothesis, given the context, that the 3-letter root of this word is, with various meanings which include: "apportion", "counting", "fixing numbers", "allocating for a particular purpose", "meting out", "appointing", "time and again", "repeating", "unit of weight or value", and "numbered string instrument".

The total gematria of is 176, with digit sums of 14 (1 + 7 + 6) and 5 (1 + 4).

14 is 1 more than 13 (echad). So, the word is referring to the hidden level of yachid. This is supported by the fact that yachid also has a final digit sum of 5 (total gematria is 32 => 3 + 2 = 5).

Whereas in the root the final letter is hei, in the word the hei of the root has been replaced with the letters lamed-nun. Lamed-nun has a gematria of 80, and a digit sum of 8. Chet represents binah and the first hei of the tetragrammaton, so here in the word, the hei has "switched over" to chet, and subsequently unfolded and expanded into lamed-nun. Taking all this together, we can see that the word is referring in some manner to the evolution of da'at Torah (from the prefix vav ), drawing down "wisdom" (from the 32 paths hidden in yachid) and "understanding" (from the hei-chet connection) hidden in the concealed Essence (Atzmut) into existent knowledge of Torah, with both wisdom and understanding.

Thus, a mystery Torah, drawn down from Atzmut, into wisdom, understanding and knowledge, enables and implements... (the power to develop abilities) and is hereby "apportioned" in "repeating doses" (time and again) with which to do it.

Book Of Abramelin

Book Of Abramelin
I have decided to include the third section of a treatise entitled "Thoughts About the Old Grimoires" so that I could review the methods and techniques for performing ceremonial magic using the magical tradition of the previous epoch. This section is based on some historical research, as found in the book "The Goetia of Dr. Rudd," written and translated by Stephen Skinner and David Rankin and published by Golden Hoard Press, 2007, and also based on my conjecture. Since I am a practicing magician, I think that I might be able to readily determine how magic was practiced over half a millennium ago. This does not mean that I have the knowledge or the ability to use the old grimoires as they were written, since I believe that to be impossible.

We should at least cover here the classical methods of practicing theurgy and goetic evocation, as proposed in the old grimoires. Even though the old grimoires represent a very diverse collection of practices compiled over a long period of time, there are certain practices that have became part of a corpus of the ceremonial tradition of magic. Although other and more modern systems exist for the practicing magician to use, understanding what was once practiced is important and does have great relevance to the current practices.

Preparations for the work: The would-be magician has a great deal of work to perform in order to accumulate the specialized and inscribed tools, consecrated talismans, furniture (altars, chairs, stools, kneelers, etc.), incense, charcoal, oils and ointments, wax candles or lamps, vestments, and other regalia or supplies. The location chosen for such work must be a very private place, either outdoors or in a suitable temple room. The talismans are made out of precious and semi precious metals, and the magician's lamen or pentacles are painted on parchment that is hand cured from a sacrificed lamb. Other preparations are required, some more exotic than others, but all of these items make the operation of invocation difficult to assemble and perform. While some grimoires give the impression that the magician must not stint in any of the required items, it would seem that a failure to produce the effects of the magical work could be blamed on not following the instructions and acquiring the required items exactly as directed. However, it was probably pretty typical that some items were either omitted or substituted without adverse affects.

The magic circle was typically elaborate and carefully deployed exactly as shown in the grimoire. Some grimoires had more simple constructions, and some only a ring inscribed into the earth, if the work was to be performed outside. The circle was the place where the magician performed his art, and if it was loaded with intricate designs and powerful names of God and other Qabbalistic, astrological or magical characters, it was built thus to assist the magician in warding himself and his assistants from the harmful effects of demons, and to a lesser extent, angels. Often the circle was left incomplete and only completed (with chalk) when the magician entered it to begin his work, sealing himself off from all the influences and dangers of supernatural influences. The circle could also be considered a kind of compass round, and a separate triangle of evocation could be placed just outside of the circle at the appropriate compass position, where the conjured spirit would be expected to appear. (See The Goetia of Dr. Rudd, p. 76 -78)

There would be lamps, incense burners and braziers positioned strategically on the magic circle, and these would be fed and cared for by the magician and the assistants. Since everything had to be available to the magician on the inside of the circle, there might also be some furniture to either hold or store all of the supplies required for a working, including places to sit and engage in meditation and contemplation, although most grimoires agree that the conjuration was the very last thing to occur in the long list of tasks that a magician would have to undertake, and that the manifestation, if it were to occur, would do so rather quickly.

The magician would wear consecrated vestments, and usually have a magical ring with the "seal of Solomon" inscribed on it, as well as other talismans, lamen, and pentacles painted on pure parchment. The magician might also be wearing a crown or a diadem headband, a pectoral necklace with a facsimile of the 12 gems signifying the twelve tribes of Israel, magical phylacteries, and even special slippers. All of these items of apparel would have been specially made and consecrated for magical use.

The magician would have at least one handmade book of parchment, and perhaps even two. One book would contain the sigils and characters of the spirits that the magician has already successfully invoked, and the other book would be his ritual workbook, filled with the prayers, exhortations, incantations, invocations and exorcisms - the magician's personal handwritten grimoire. These The list of tools varies from all of the grimoires, but the classical sorcerer would have had several at his disposal. There would have been the dagger, sword, wand and staff, working tool (boline), inscribing tool, and even a pair of special knives - one with a white hilt and the other with a black hilt. Each tool would have been hand made during a specific planetary hour and day, and inscribed with magical characters and sigils, so denoting it to be for a purely magical use. In some instances a cup is used to collect the blood from a sacrifice, if that is required, but no other liturgical tools are needed (such as the chalice and the paten). However, many of the magical tools, vestments and talismans might require being sprinkled with holy water, or have a mass said over them, to aid in their consecration.

Prior to the working, the magician and his assistants would be required to undergo a period of spiritual purification and atonement. This would consist of fasting, prayers, undergoing confession and receiving communion (if Christian - otherwise a steadfast observance of the Sabbath and other holy days), bathing (ablutions), meditations and contemplations. There would be special prayers like those written in the grimoire, psalms chosen from the Tenakh or Old Testament, as well as other practices. The magician may also undergo dietary restrictions, like the Lenten fast and meat restrictions, as well as chastity and observing a period of circumscribed behaviors, avoiding the congress of profane individuals and participating in any kind of commerce. In other words, the magician and his accomplices must completely retire from the material world, and focus exclusively on the spiritual one. These activities are strictly observed for at least a month's time or longer prior to the evening when the magical work was to be started. By the time the magician is ready to perform the work, he and his assistants are completely subsumed by all of the sacred and spiritual activities. The preparation was in itself an ordeal, and was absolutely required by the magician if the work was to be successful. There was no substitution for the spiritual work, unless the magician was looking to gain magical power the easy way, and then would seek a secret but defiled place in which to meet with the Devil and acquire from him a pact.

Some systems of magic, most notably the Book of Abramelin the Mage, required that the magician undergo an ordeal to successfully summon and meet his holy guardian angel. Other grimoires also required some kind of extreme ordeal, like the Beatification in the Sworn Book of Honorius. In whatever forms they were described in the various grimoires, the preparations performed before working magic could be considered powerful ordeals, and required a potent and steadfast faith and belief in the supernatural powers of God and his angels in order to complete them. Such a faith could not abide any doubts or weaknesses, since so much was riding on the production of supernatural phenomena, although whatever occurred would be subjective and perceived only by those who had prepared themselves for the experience. Since the magician performed few other preparations during the work, and apparently just sealed the circle and began the incantations and invocations in the beginning, he had to be well prepared before ever beginning the work.

The magician also had to be knowledgeable of astrology and astronomy, and be able to determine through an analysis of astrological portends the most favorable time to perform the working. He had to observe the astronomical phenomena himself, and he also had to be able to identify the planetary qualities of the season, lunar month, day of the week and even the planetary hours. Performing the working at exactly the right time was just as important as all of the other preparations, and could doom a working, even if everything else was perfectly executed. If the magic involved planetary or zodiacal angels or spirits, knowing the astrological auspices was even more important.

Classical theurgy and evocation has five basic steps that the magician performs in order to successfully complete the magical working. These steps were considered critical to the work, and had to be performed fully and completely. These steps were called in their Latin terminology, consecratio, invocatio, constrictio, ligatio and licentia. (See The Goetia of Dr. Rudd, p. 91 - 94)

Consecratio, or consecratio dei, represented all of the activities that the magician performed to prepare for the work, including sacred baths, aspurging the temple and tools with holy water, burning incense, and performing psalms, prayers and orisens to achieve the favor and benediction of the Godhead, a required state prior to performing the work. These activities would be performed even after the magician had sealed himself up in the magic circle, and might include the preparation and sanctification of the circle, vestments, tools and temple area, as well as burning incense, reciting psalms, and engaging in a final bout of contemplative prayer.

Invocatio was the invocations and incantations that the magician declared once he was safely ensconced in the magic circle, fully vested and prepared for the work. All preparations were minutely addressed and successfully accomplished, and all that was required at this point was to perform the invocation of the spirit, angel or demon. The magician might begin with a general invocation, such as of the angels of the four parts of the world that rule over the air. To invoke a demon, the magician might first invoke one of the corresponding angels of the Ha-Shem, since they were believed to be the rulers of the Goetic demons. Often there were anywhere from one to several invocations, and if the spirit did not appear, then there were even more severe conjurations. However, it was assumed that if the preparations were correct, the timing auspicious, and the integrity and faith of the magician impeccable, then the spirit invoked would materialize in some form or another. The magician could use his talismans and protective lamen to assist in adding greater force to the invocation, but if after a time, the spirit failed to appear, then the magician had to perform either a single or several exorcisms, burn obnoxious herbs and generally banish anything that might have been summoned before breaking the magic circle and leaving the work place.

Constrictio was where the magician constrained the manifesting spirit. He also had to ensure that the spirit was what it claimed to be, or what the magician had summoned in the first place. If a demon was summoned, then the magician had to force it to assume a favorable aspect and to desist in acting in a threatening and evil manner. Constraining the spirit was usually required of a demon, but often the magician had to verify an angelic entity as well, at least to ensure that he was not being deceived by some lesser spirit or demonic influence. The magician used his special ring, talismans, pentacles, and various words of power to constrain the spirit. Once this was accomplished, the invocation process was considered to be stable, and the magician could move on to the objective of his work.

Ligatio was the act of binding the spirit, usually with an oath, words of power, threats (if it were a demon), to perform a task suited to its nature, and for it to be accomplished in a specific duration. Binding a spirit could be considered a kind of pact, except that there was no quid pro quo - the spirit obeyed the magician because of his acquired (although temporary) holiness and because of his assumed authority granted by God and his angels. The constraint was performed in a less severe manner with an angel (or not at all), and was extremely important and quite severe with any other spirit, especially a demon. To harness the spirit, the magician also required it to reveal its secret name and mark (usually as a sigil), which the magician noted down in his magical book. The sigil that the magician used to summon the spirit may also be marked or charged in some special manner, and collected later to be kept in the magician's book. The charged sigil or special name and mark could be used in the future to summon the spirit without all of the required protections and the ordeal of invocation, at any time that the magician desired it. The spirit is constrained to obey the magician, and over time, the magician collects other such names and marks, and his workbook becomes a treasure trove of obedient spiritual servants, ready to do the will of the magician whenever required - at least for the duration of the period stated in the binding. In some situations, a magician may permanently bind a spirit to his will, making his eventual death into an event of instant unbinding of all of the spirits kept in the book. A truly legendary and catastrophic event! The magician might also constrain the spirit to reside in a receptacle, such as a sealed lamp or brass jug, to be available whenever commanded to appear.

Licentia was the license to depart that the magician gave to the spirit once it had been properly bound. It was important for the magician to understand that the spirit was to be treated with some respect, and that he would not therefore perform any kind of banishing if the binding of that spirit was successful. The idea was to conditionally allow the spirit to return to its natural abode, there to await future summons and willed appearances. The license to depart was therefore quite different than performing a banishment or an exorcism, which would only be performed if the magician either failed to manifest the spirit or failed to constrain it. Once the spirit was properly and completely departed via the license, the magician might perform banishments and exorcisms to ensure that nothing else was lurking outside of the magic circle.

In addition to the above five steps, the magician might also perform banishments and exorcisms in case the operation fails, or they could be performed before the invocation and afterwards, to ensure that nothing is summoned that doesn't conform to the purpose and will of the magician. All of the verbiage of these various invocations, constraints, licenses to depart, exorcisms and banishments would be kept in the magician's black book. Although the magician should memorize all aspects of the operation, he may not have recourse to all of the actions contained in the book, and he might also find himself under extreme duress or supernatural attack, and having the words written down would be a form of insurance, and it would also be a form of magic itself.

For scrying and performing divinition, the magician might only perform the consecrations and the invocations, especially if the scrying is to be done with angels. Any work with demons, whether it be through scrying or evocation would require the magician to successfully perform all five of the above steps. Divination might be consulted after a working, and also the magician would be expected to maintain a slightly less regimen of consecration during the period that the spirit is active, according to the binding and the nature of the constraint. The magician might also celebrate a successful working with some exoteric religious activity, such as hiring a priest to say a special mass, performing some amount of special spiritual services, or even penance, etc.

The above five steps would require a great deal of time and resources, and a very orthodox religious life and personal habits. Even though the old grimoires have spells, talismans and spirits that could be used to acquire things in life in a less than moral fashion, it would be assumed that such activities would imperil the magician in regards to any future operations. He might be able to coerce the spirits into revealing hidden treasures, influencing high placed men, knowing the future, and performing lesser miracles, but he could not engage in immoral or illegal activity, and would have to use his magically acquired wisdom, power and wealth to the greater benefit of his fellow men. Otherwise, he would lose his self acclaimed holiness and Godlike authority, and that would make him greatly vulnerable to supernatural reprisal, or cause to unbind his angelic or demonic servants. If, however, the magician was operating under the aegis of a demonic pact, then he could engage in any immoral activities with impunity, or at least as long as his pact stipulated such a pro bono relationship. Either way, immoral actions had a powerful corrupting effect on the magician, and would usually lead to his downfall, either sooner or later.

The magician performed his magic at the whim and indulgence of God, and his powers and spiritual authority were considered ephemeral and dangerously precarious. Perhaps this is why the legend of the great magician is always a morality story, showing that human hubris, pride and self-delusion has its rewards as eternal damnation, even though the magician seems to accomplish great feats in the short term. Since the magician is fated to fall, no matter how pious and self-righteous he is, it would seem that performing magic is a temporary solution, and one that has long term consequences. The ultimate fate of the magician is to either quit performing magic, seek redemption from the church and escape damnation, or to fall in a spectacular manner, becoming a fearful object lesson to others. For the Jewish practitioner, there was a greater degree of ambiguity towards the use and practice of magic, but Jewish cultural legends also talk about magician's coming to a bad ending as well. Islam also had legends of magicians meeting terrible fates, too.

So it would seem that the only safe practitioner of ceremonial magic was someone who did not belong to the Judeo-Christian religious tradition, but then such magic would be of a completely different kind, and not part of our discussion in this article. It would also be a kind of spiritual mind-set that would be even more worlds apart from the writers and compilers of the old grimoires.

Monday Ministry Highlights Sunshine And Roses

Monday Ministry Highlights Sunshine And Roses
Please forgive me for being late posting this. I had meant to do it last night, but forgot until moments after my head touched my pillow!

Let me first tell you about our men's conference from this past weekend. My husband had a burden for men to become strong leaders in their churches even before we started the church here, so the first year after we started and every year since, our church has hosted a Men of the Word conference. Each year he asks a different pastor or teacher to come and teach the men on topics to help build them up to be the strong leaders we need in our churches. This year he had Dr. LeRoy Pennell, pastor of Heritage Baptist Church in Barrie, Ontario. Being a lady, I wasn't there, but from what I heard, Dr. Pennell did an excellent job of teaching. Apparently, we will soon have the husbands of our dreams, as that was the title of one session: How To Be the Husband of Your Wife's Dreams! :) About 55 men from independent Baptist churches all over BC attended. My husband said everything turned out well, from the food to the fellowship and games to the preaching.

Now to the title of this post. Many times we pastors' wives and missionary wives like to report on all the shining moments and good times happening in our ministries, and there are many of those times happening. But there's the other side of any ministry, the side that isn't quite as glamorous and we don't like to dwell on. With any ministry where people are involved (and I think that's pretty much all ministry!), you will have times of disappointment, tears, frustration, and hurt. At any given time in our church here, we have one or more people struggling with sickness, addictions, pain, fear, and outright sin. We pray with folks, try to help them overcome sin and addiction and fear, minister to their physical needs... all while attempting to keep ourselves spiritually refreshed and available to help others. And it gets hard. Very hard. We love what we do, but many times it's not easy.

Am I telling you this to elicit sympathy? Not at all! I'm telling you so that you can know how to pray for your pastor and for the missionaries your church supports. We're in a battle for the souls and lives of people. Satan will not let go without a fight. So we need your prayer. We need to hear from you every now and then. One of the biggest blessings I received on deputation was a simple postcard from a lady in one of our supporting churches who said she was praying for me. It came at a time when we were very discouraged, and it was like the Lord Himself reached down and gave me a hug!

I would encourage you today to take a few extra minutes to pray for your pastor and his wife. They will never tell you a word of the burdens they carry, but remember that on any given day, one or both of them are probably dealing with some problem or other. Write your pastor's wife a note to let her know you're praying for her. It may arrive at just the time she needs it! Send an email to a missionary's wife, just to see how she's doing. It will make her day!

Victor Elon Anderson, son of Victor and Cora Anderson passed away in his sleep on March 31. Victor and Cora were the founders, with help from Gwydion Pendderwen, of the Feri tradition. Elon spent some time sparring with Gwydion, and developed a life-long love of Judo.

The US Judo Federation posted an obituary which reads:

"He was a life-long member of the US Judo community. He has been a member and contributing senior instructor of Sacramento Judo Club, a member of the Sacramento Judo Club Board of Directors serving as its Secretary for many years and a member of Hokka Yudanshakai since 1986. He was also an active member of the United States Judo Federation and USA Judo. He has been a Nationally Licensed Referee since 1993 frequently officiated at Judo Competitions throughout California and a certified National coach.

The day before he died, he conducted a Saturday class at Sacramento Judo Club.

He started judo in 1960 as a teenager in Hayward, California at the Hayward Judo Club under Instructors C. Temple and Jack Turrentine. While enlisted in the US Army and afterward, Victor worked in many locations within and outside the United States. He obtained his shodan in Judo from the Korea Judo Association while he was stationed there. Where ever he went he found a judo dojo to train at. Where they did not exist, he would start one like at Fort Hood and Fort Belvior when he was enlisted in the US Army. He appreciated and studied the history of Kodokan and Olympic Judo. He wrote an article on "The Four Pillars of Judo" which can be found on the internet.

Victor Elon Anderson was born on April 12, 1945, in Bend, Oregon. He died suddenly on Sunday, March 31, 2013, peacefully in his sleep. He has been a resident in Elk Grove, CA since 1986. He was a retired Health Physicist. He is survived by his wife Lois, six children, five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A memorial service to share in the celebration of his life will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 9085 Calvine Road, Sacramento CA at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2013. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Memorial Fund."

A while back, we reported on witch-killings in New Guinea. Unfortunately, this killing has not diminished. In the past week, two more women were killed, with police unable to protect them. They had been tortured for three days, suffering wounds from knives and axes, and, with police unable to help as they were blocked by an armed mob, the two women were beheaded.

Strangely, some Christians have acknowledged their part in these atrocities. The Wild Hunt posted a link to an article by Christianity Today (
Both of these responses are problematic for non-Christian religious peoples. The Christian view of "witchcraft" is fundamentally flawed - it is predicated on the belief that there is a single source of evil - that those who do not believe in their God, and who are religions, are worshiping the Christian Devil. It basically says that we who are Witches and Pagans are essentially evil people.

Christians who believe that it is their duty to convert the wicked, to fight witchcraft cannot run from their scripture which says "suffer not a witch to live". It is part of their heritage, and they cannot pretend that it does not exist. Nor can they hide behind the charade which says "A REAL Christian would not torture and kill somebody" - that is part of their scripture from the dawn of Abrahamic religions. If you claim that somebody is worthy of death, and if you uphold the death penalty still, then this is something your religion sanctions.

The problem for Christianity is simple - to separate themselves from the killing of those accused of witchcraft implies that some parts of Christian scripture are not to be followed today - that, essentially, The Christian God has changed his mind.

The RDNA was founded at Carleton College in 1963 as a semi-serious protest to mandatory chapel attendance for credit. The founders described themselves as Reformed in that they condemned the sacrifice of animals, and because they initially had little knowledge of the practices of the ancient druids. It has since evolved into a meaningful open-source spirituality that has drawn seekers from a diverse range of faiths and philosophical backgrounds.

Cherry Hill Seminary's Summer Learning Series, Foundations, Certificate and Master's Level Courses will be offered from May 20 to August 25. Courses include Contemporary Global Paganisms, Goddess: Prehistory to Present, Introduction to Fundraising, Paganism 101, Goddess '>

Some Of My Friends Are Women Pastors

Some Of My Friends Are Women Pastors
Some of my friends are women-and pastors!

When I was a member of the Assemblies of God, the denomination my husband grew up in, and also one that has always allowed women pastors, I never really liked the sermons the women preached although I didn't hear that many of them. But I found that my dislike was simply because they, like many of the male pastors, only preached from their spiritual experiences, not really from God's word.

But today I know better. The women of the Bible portray a wide range of ministries. There are the two Hebrew women, Shiphrah and Puah, who protected the Hebrew male babies in the land of their slavery.

There is Miriam the sister of Aaron and Moses who is referred to in the word of God as a prophetess. That is, one who proclaims the word of God. She led the women of Israel in dance and song because God had delivered the Hebrews. She proclaimed, "Sing to the Lord, for he is highly exalted; the horse and his rider he has hurled into the sea."

There is Abigail who kept David from sinning and then proclaimed God's promise to him. "Should anyone rise up to pursue you and to seek your life, then the life of my Lord shall be bound in the bundle of the living with the Lord your God: but the lives of your enemies he will sling out as from the hollow of a sling." (1 Sam 25:29)

There is Rahab who sets the tenor for the book of Joshua with her faith in what God will do for his people Israel. Calvin writes much of her faith including this when she states that "He is God in heaven above and on earth beneath:"

"Here the image of Rahab's faith appears, as if reflected in a mirror, when casting down all idols she ascribes the government of heaven and earth to the God of Israel alone. For it is perfectly clear that when heaven and earth are declared subject to the God of Israel, there is a repudiation of all the pagan fictions by which the majesty, and power, and glory of God are portioned out among different deities; and hence we see that it is not without cause that two Apostles have honored Rahab's conduct with the title of faith."

And I could go on, but instead will introduce you to some ladies who I think are great preachers and pastors.

The first is my friend the Rev. Tracee Hackel who writes the "Girl Preacher" column for the Voices of Orthodox News Letter. She is also on the board of Voices of Orthodox Women and her wonderful care for the word of God and Reformed theology can be seen in this article she wrote a few years ago "Monologue or Dialogue? The Relationship Between Reformed Theology and Contemporary Theologies of Women."

Another friend is a pastor in Tennessee, The Rev. Terrye McAnally. She is on the board of VOW also, and recently we shared a wonderful lunch in Denver while I was waiting for my plane. We all wear a little white cross with a heart on it meaning we love the cross of Jesus Christ. As we sat talking about the Church, wearing our crosses, the waitress just couldn't help but ask if we were "nuns." Terrye said no we were Presbyterians that she was a Pastor and I was an Elder. Then the waitress wanted to know the difference. Terrye said "I preach and she rules" and then we both started laughing. What can you say about a lady who reads Calvin's Institutes in the original language in which it was written.

When I first became a Presbyterian one of my pastors was a person that everyone will recognize if they were at the GA or know anything about last year's GA. That is the Rev. Tammy Letts, she was running for Vice Moderator with Rev. Bill Teng. Tammy was instrumental in my husband becoming a Bible study leader. She is such an equipper and encourager. This last Sunday afternoon my husband taught his first class to a group of young men in a maximum Security Facility in Ione California. What a gift Tammy has been to Brad and I and the whole church.

And speaking of GA, I sat behind an amazing woman most of the time at General Assembly watching her pray with and encourage commissioners as the need arose. The Rev.Mary Holder Naegeli not only is a pastor but also teaches at Fuller Theological Seminary in Northern California. In the past, quite a few years ago, I read her sermons on line. And that is when I truly realized that women who preach from the Bible, using proper exegete, have a strong proclamation. They are God's servants too!

A preacher I have not met face to face is the Rev. Kathy Horstman. When I read her sermons I understand her call and her complete absorption in Reformed theology. I am particularly overcome by the sermon she preached for Consistory member Toby Brown's installation at Jefferson Center Presbyterian Church, Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. That sermon is The Battle is the Lord's. Which can be found at her blog Not exactly as Preached.

Here is part of her sermon:

"Fearlessly, constantly preach Christ and Him crucified. With all your skill, wield the double-edged sword of the word of God, so your people and your peers may see how it judges and reveals the thoughts and attitudes of man. And remember, you are in the world but not of it. Exercise godly discernment. Fight against the temptation to take sides for or against an issue according to human factions and understandings. Make war on our culture's sinful tendency to identify Jesus Christ with any human cause or commonwealth, however noble or great. Struggle against the world for the world's own sake, boldly proclaiming the Gospel of peace through the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Finally a friend I use to see at Presbytery all the time. I think she knows our "Book of Order" by heart, but she is now a pastor in an Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Roseville Presbyterian Church. Rev. Nancy Duff's wisdom and faithfulness to the word of God is always missed in our meetings. I would be happy to sit down and listen to any of these ladies as they preach. I would hear God's word.
