3. Use of SSRF incense sticks box for spiritual healing

SSRF advises continuation of conventional medical treatment along with spiritual healing remedies for the treatment of physical and psychiatric illnesses.

Readers are advised to take up any spiritual healing remedy at their own discretion.

1. DO'S AND DON'TS IN THE USAGE AND HANDLING OF SSRF INCENSE STICKS

o MAXIMISE ATTRACTION OF THE DEITY PRINCIPLE:

The benefit from the SSRF incense sticks is based primarily on the specific aspect of God (deity) that is attracted by the fragrance from the lit incense stick. Hence all efforts to maximise attraction of this deity principle will add to the benefit.

* The more the reverence of the person lighting the SSRF incense stick, the more is the benefit accrued. This feeling of reverence also applies to all those in the vicinity who will be drawing benefit from the healing energy.
* Having a clean and tidy home is also very important. A clean home means less "raja-tama". This works in two ways. A lower "raja-tama" home environment results in attracting more deity principle. Also as the attracted deity principle has to fight less existing" raja-tama", more benefit from the Divine Consciousness ("Chaitanya") is obtained by the person and premise.

o HOLDERS FOR THE INCENSE STICKS:

It is best to have a proper incense stick holder or some "sattvik" holder. This is from a reverence point of view, a safety point of view and from the point of view of collecting Holy ash from the SSRF incense sticks.

* From a reverence point of view: Some people stick incense sticks in cracks and crevices in the walls etc. This is not correct spiritually. Also, the ash falls on the ground and can get trampled upon, which amounts to disrespect of the Holy ash. Use of an incense stick holder along with a plate underneath is the best way to collect the Holy ash after the incense stick burns. If one does not want to collect the Holy ash, "sattvik" holders such as fruits (for example apple), potatoes and bowl of grain etc. can be used.
* From a safety point of view: Ash dropping on a carpet or cloth may be a fire hazard. Hence it is recommended to have a plate to collect the ash as it falls.

o STORAGE

As the SSRF incense sticks are designed primarily from a spiritual healing perspective, it is best to store the incense sticks indoors preferably at the altar (in a dry place) from the point of view of retaining its "sattvikta".

1.2 DON'TS

o DURING MENSES

The subtle basic "raja" component in the woman increases during the five days of menses or till the bleeding continues. Hence if a woman in menstrual phase comes in contact with the incense sticks the spiritual purity or subtle basic "sattva" component in them is reduced. Hence it is advisable not to touch the store of incense sticks during menses. Also it is best not to light incense sticks or take them around for purification of premise during the period of menses.

However if a woman is staying alone she can keep a small number of incense sticks apart before her menses to use during that period. This is so that she does not have to touch the main store of incense sticks as that would result in reducing its spiritual purity to some extent.

2. HOW LONG CAN I USE MY STOCK OF SSRF INCENSE STICKS?

SSRF incense sticks have a shelf life of two years. It is best to use them within this time period as the potency of the fragrance diminishes with passing time. However it is best that the incense stick stock is used within three months of purchase as leaving it around in the house can result in generation of a covering of black energy on it thus diminishing its potency.

Ghosts can cover incense sticks with black energy to reduce its spiritual healing potency. The best way to ensure this is minimised, is by keeping it at the altar and praying for protection of the incense sticks. Also, before each use we can pray that if at all any covering has developed it be destroyed.

3. USE OF SSRF INCENSE STICKS BOX FOR SPIRITUAL HEALING

The artwork of the SSRF incense sticks box is high in subtle basic "sattva" component. The artwork is reviewed for optimal spiritual purity by His Holiness Dr. Athavale. Also the presence of the SSRF incense sticks in it adds to its "sattvikta". Most importantly the unmanifest resolve of His Holiness Dr. Athavale is associated with it. Hence the box itself is very "sattvik" and can itself be used as a spiritual healing tool.

From this perspective, the SSRF incense stick box can be placed in cupboards, wardrobes etc. It can be flattened and then kept under mattresses, pillows etc. All these objects as well as the people coming in contact with these objects benefit from the "sattvikta" of the box.
