Hot Glue Gun or Superglue or Epoxy glue
Wire
Needle nose Plier
Ribbon/ String
Paint

Pagan / Wiccan Art Symbols, Runes Sigils etc
Step 1. Take your Bottle Caps and put them in Boiling water
( 2 Reasons 1 to Sterilize them, Second to loosen the plastic liner off the bottle cap
Step 2 the Bottle Cap will be a bit Warped This is NORMAL
Remove the plastic Liner from the bottle cap and put a heavy Can on the Bottle Cap
and Press Down to Flatten it a bit
it should look like this if there are any Rough Edges Sand paper them or use a metal File to make sure no rough edges.
Now the Fun Part
Step 3
Take your Bottle Cap Liners
they are Plastic Liners
Paint Draw whatever Design on them or Add Stickers or Artwork
use Superglue or Epoxy Glue to secure them to the Bottle Cap
